HT4759 When I sign in to the cloud I get a message saying "server error

When I attempt to sign the cloud, I get a message that states I cannot sign in because of a server error. What to do?

Found this solution for Windows 7 and it works for me.
1) Click on Start
2) Type cmd and press enter you will see a new window
3) type "netsh winsock reset"
4) restart the machine
