I can't access my icloud email from my iPad. It keeps telling me to install icloud on my device but it's already there.

In which case, clearly communicating the intent would have been a better solution. The steps do apply. A more appropriate response would have been "tried that, no change".

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Mirroring won't fill the TV screen. The iPad has an aspect ratio of 4:3 and the iPhone 4S or prior an aspect ratio of 3:2, neither of these will fit exactly into a TV screen which as an aspect ratio of 16:9. The Apple TV will not zoom the mirrored image, because it may well cut off information which is situated at the top or bottom of the screen.
You may wish to try each of the settings in settings > AirPlay > Adjust for Overscan for the best setting that suits you.

Without a Blackberry Data Plan you can't get email pushed to your Curve. While on your wi-fi network you are able to access your email, but away from that link you need a data plan.

Why can't I get my email on my iPad when every Apple device works just fine?

The title kind of says it all. I get my email (Cox in SoCal) on my desktop and phone but, for some reason, not to my Pad. I'll get a message box saying that the server isn't recognized or unaurthorized or unavailable; sometimes it's a combo of all three. I'm guessing that I have to delete the Mail app then re-install from the App Store and reenter everything. That sound about right to everyone? And, to anyone else in SoCal using Cox, have you had this happen? Just curious. Thanks.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

I've checked everything back to my email on my computer to ensure all details are correct in trying to add the account onto the Ipad. And yet it still won't work.
The error that I keep getting is "One Seniors (the provider) is not responding!!
Does anyone have any suggestions as to why it won't work?
I have internet access and it's working. I'm using WiFi and that's working??

Appears essential to keep resource-forked data off Lion disk:
First attempt with Eudora on SL VM was sharing data on Lion disk. Error messages on open like "can't find Table of Contents" suggest Lion ate resource forks crucial to Eudora.
Found success by transferring data from SL Mac to thumb drive, then mounted drive in SL VM so Lion couldn't touch.
While Michael warns against storing data in VM, appears there's no choice with Eudora. At least She's enthroned on a mirrored RAID.
There is Nothing like Eudora! (to tune of "There is Nothing Like a Dame" from South Pacific -- Oops! my gray hair is showing!)
(It's amazing Parallels can force Lion to store taboo resource forks. Thank God for code warriors!)

The call will be free but you will need your serial number, which you can find in Settings>General>About. There's a functional workaround to send Group emails that takes some setup, and a copy-paste. But it's easier than any one-by-one solution cooked up without a 3rd-party app. Here's the way:
STEP ONE:
Go to Settings>General>Keyboard-->Shortcuts
Add a new Shortcut by typing in the full email addresses in the "Phrase" field, separated by comma and space; type in the few letters representing this "Phrase" in the "Shortcut" field.
STEP TWO:
In the email app, IN THE BODY OF THE EMAIL, type in the letter for the Shortcut and space. Then Highlight-->Copy this text and paste it into the To: Field. (Obviously: Delete this text in email body; and use CC: or BCC: fields as desired.)
Regrettably, you CANNOT just type the Shortcut in the address fields as it gets lobbed into one address.
This "No Group Email Functionality" rates a #FAIL by Apple. One of the few.

You are not doing anything wrong. Unfortunately, that's just the way that the built in mail app works. It really is a basic no frills mail app with not much to offer compared to other apps.
There are third party apps that let you create groups and email to those groups. I don't use either of these, but I've seen them recommended here in the past.
