Did you follow the directions to backup your phone data before updating? If so, you can just restore from your backup.

i got new iphone and when i connect it to my pc, it lost all my current data and replaced it with the backup on my computer, which is from april. so i have lost all my calendar information and schedule. does anyone know how i can reverse this and get my information back?
Every backup replaces the old one, so, unless you included the backup folder in your computer backup routine, you can't get back your calendar info.
The only time iTunes will not replace a backup is, when you use it to restore from, this one will stay in the backup list in iTunes.

I received my new iphone 6 last week, backed my iphone 5 and then restored my new handset. It has been working fine until today when I deleted all my contacts from my old handset. Contacts have gone from my new handset too, how do I get them back? I don't think the back up was done using icloud as I keep getting the message "not enough memory"
The point is not whether you used iTunes or iCloud to restore your new iPhone. It's whether you have Contacts turned on in Settings > ICloud. If you do on both your old iPhone and new iPhone then those devices are connected through iCloud. Deletions on one device are also made on the other.
You may be able to restore your Contacts be using your old device backup to restore your new iPhone again. Make sure that you turn Off ICloud functionality on your old iPhone before you delete anything else from it. -

If you are in the U.S., then you can use the newly released beta version of the cloud to get your music. -

You buy one and only one download. It is your responsibility to move/copy/backup your music.
You can try contacting itunes support and asking for an exception, but they are under no obligation to allow.

I have an iPhone 5SYou restore from the backup that contained them.
Restoring from a backup is all or nothing. It completely overwrites the data in the phone when you restore. You can not combine the contents of a backup with what's currently on your phone. -

Tell me the solution. It must exist one!You can redownload you previously purchased apps for free as long as they are still available in the app store. Be sure you are logged into the Apple ID in iTunes used to purchase them, then follow this guide: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519.

I will just buy Bejeweled again. I guess the price of downloading maverick was losing my beloved video game. If you have iCloud and turned on Find My iPhone, then you should be able to track it through iCloud.com as long as it still has access to an internet connection through cellular or Wi-Fi. If not, then check out the second article for more information.
