i assume you are talking about an iCloud storage upgrade? If the purchase has gone wrong you'll need to take it up with Support.
iCloud support is tied to your hardware serial number: you might do better to try iTunes Store support. Go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; select 'All Products and Services' in the first column, 'iTunes' in the second column and then 'iTunes Store' in the third column.
If they won't help you, then try iCloud Support.
To contact iCloud Support: if you currently happen to have AppleCare, either because you recently bought Apple hardware or have paid to extend the inititial period, you can contact them here:
http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/contact/
You will need the serial number of the covered hardware.
If you are not covered by AppleCare, then - in common with other free services - there is no free support and you may initially be asked to pay a fee, but as this is a purchase issue you should be able to persuade them to deal with it without charge.

One of the 4 lines on my account is 2 months from upgrade and i called 2 days ago because its not working right. The rep I spoke to tried to troubleshoot but it didn't work, she than offered me devices to upgrade that i didn't want. She got a supervisor who authorized her to move my upgrade date to the date we spoke. I went online today to do my upgrade and it wasn't there. I called and got someone else who said there are no notes or anything. she offered me a free 5c with a 2 year upgrade, Still don't want that, I was on the phone for over an hour and got no where. I think its time to change because I don't like being promised something and it's not delivered on. I've been with verizon wireless for about 8 years and I can't believe they are giving me such a problem for a 2 month early upgrade. They have done it so many times in the past before.

Verizon as a rule will not allow an early upgrade. It is just then way it is.
What will happen is you will be told it will happen with this person approval and that persons approval and it will not appear, you will call and then they will say it is being investigated or they will send a priority request to a manager to have it done yada, yada, yada.
Then you will be told it was not approved. By that time you WILL be eligable for a new upgrade device. See how that works.
Good luck at T-Mobile you will pay full price for all devices on all lines and a $10 sim charge each line and $38 in activation fees so come to them with some CASH -

N KirkpatrickYou have to check with support. This is a user forum. Some of the folks may come by with the phone # or other contact. When you sign up for the conversion, you are using a subscription service that has a period associated with it, not a number of uses. It sounds like you are not using it enough to benefit from the subscription. I believe that is covered by the ExportPDF forum.

I have paid for itunes match and have now lost all my music off my iphone except what I paid for from itunes, 964 songs gone into the cloud. Can anyone help please?
Enabling iTunes Match does not delete music from your computer. Why do you think it is now not in the iTunes library if it was before? If all of your music was in the iTunes library then it is also now in the cloud if iTunes has completed it's scan and all the music meets the match requirements. Enable the iCloud Status column in the iTunes browser by switching to Song view and pulling down View > View Options. Select iCloud Status then close the small window. Sort on the new column. Your music should be listed as "purchased," "matched" and "uploaded." Some tracks may be "ineligible." Post back and let us know.

Open the Mac App Store and try purchasing Mountain Lion 10.8. If you get told it's incompatible, choose About this Mac from the Apple menu, check if the computer has at least a Core 2 Duo(not Core Duo) or better CPU with at least 2GB of RAM, and if it does, phone the online Apple Store and order a download code for Lion 10.7.

My Airport Express just stops working. Computer keeps searching for it. DSL modem is OK. Have to unplug Airport Express and replug to get it to work again. Starting happening sporaticaly some time ago, but now it is about once a day, maybe twice a day. Has v.6.3 on it. Supposedly up to date.What's the problem?

I have followed the instructions, gone to my command/order which states I have paid for the product and it is ready to download. I have then, gone to 'my downloads' and it advises me that I have no downloads available! What next?
The product is online and accessible via the web site. It was accessed via an email connection.

G. ZsoltThere is no serial number require for Creative Cloud products, you may activate the products using your email address and password which is associated with Adobe. If your Dreamweaver asking for serial number, then make sure you are signing in with correct email address.

It's a 4+ GB file. It takes some time if you have a slow Internet connection. You may have lost connection with the server. Try pausing the download for a few second then restarting.

I installed elements 12 and premiere 12 DVD on the 17/9/2014 in windows. I registered serial number's DOB and password with ADOBE. It was installed successfully.I opened elements 12 today and edited and saved a file -no problem. This evening when I opened elements 12 the organiser opened, I tried to open the editor but all I got was a request for my I.D. I posted above information,but it still will not open. I am pulling my hair out. I would appreciate any help from you please. I get the impression that ADOBE don't want to know when you have a problem with their products. -
