It was a very bad idea to post your email address where millions of people will see it. Expect your spam to increase exponentially, as well as the phishing attempts. Firefox will not start up ive tried everything even uninstalling it and it wont do that either

If you get the error "Backup not successful" and you've tried deleting the last backup and trying to back up manually without luck, try the following test: Go to...
Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>manage Storage, tap your device name in the Backups section, then look under Backup options. Turn off all apps from backup and then do a manual backup. If that doesn't work, then this post will not help. If the backup works, then go back to the app list and turn some on and try another backup. If successful, keep repeating these steps. If it fails at some point, then try to zero in on the one app that seems to make the backup fail. (I had this problem and found one app failing, probably due to a corrupt data file.)
This process will take time, but if a backup works with no app data being used but clearly fails with the original settings, then somewhere in the mix of apps is a "bad" one.

Not sure if anyone can help me with this.
I cannot backup my iphone on my PC.
I have tried on 3 separate machines, all using Windows XP, and my iPhone will not back up. It will load look like its backing up, but once the bar moves about 1-10 of the way, it stops, and nothing happens. I left it overnight, and in the morning, it was in the same spot.
I have had this problem through the last 2 updates that were pushed for the iPhone. During each update, I had to cancel out of the backup to proceed.
I cant find any information on this problem, and it seems to be a very common problem, as a lot of my friends with iPhone or iTouch are unable to backup either.
Any thoughts on what could be causing this issue?

I have tried all the steps before.
I have restored original factory settings about 3 times now since I purchased it.
All three computers I have tried this on has a 2.0 USB connection.
Everything else syncs perfectly, apps, music, video, etc...
Just the backup never completes.
Even when I try to update to the latest version number, I always have to cancel out of the backup by clicking on x in iTunes.
Any other suggestions?

Sammyhunter lets get you back in action! Has there been any physical/water damage to the device? Try pressing and holding the home and power button together. Once the Apple symbol appears release both buttons. Keep us posted!

I have no special software like numbers or anything else installed on either device. Just using the default viewer provided by apple for viewing email.

The attachment is an .xls excel 97-2003 spreadsheet. I viewed the file in the email and did not edit it with any software. I can forward the file to anyone that is may want to check it out to see if they can help me. I was wondering if there was some way of forcing another ios6 install on my phone and maybe that would solve it.

Leave it alone for an hour and try the reset procedure again. Make sure you're using a genuine Apple charger & cable in a known good wall outlet. You can also try another cable if necessary, and make sure the charging area is clean and free of fluff & debris.

Flah player is not working and ive tried everything

Ok, so i have installed the latest flash player but its still not working on sites likes e4.com/skins, the videos there will not play. This is weird because ive watched videos on the site before.
Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling with the app adobe gives u to completely remove it but nothing is working. Ive checked that the flash player has installed properly by checking on the adobe website and everything is working fine. The add ons are all enabled and so on.
The video on the website loads with a black screen where the video should be but nothing happens.
This is getting very annoying, help would be nice.
I am on windows vista and im using internet explorer 8. The videos also dont work on safari or firefox even though i have got flash player for those browsers. Ive tried scanning my computer to see if i have any virusis but bit defender says im clean.

In firefox their was swf vs 10.0.32.18 and that was enabled.
I went to C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash and this was what was in there Flash10d.ocx, flashplayer.xpt, FlashUtil10d, install (tetx document), NPSWF32.dll, NPSWF32_FlashUtil, uninstall_activeX, uninstall_plugin.
The java entries are java 6 update 6 and java 6 update 18 and the flash player 10 activex is listed.

Hi, Using IE find "View and manage your internet explorer add-ons">all add-ons. Look for Shockwave Flash Object...
ActiveX Control....Flash10d.ocx and ensure that it is enabled.
In FF, look for SWF vs 10.0.42.34 and ensure that it is enabled.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash. Open the Flash folder and post back every entry that is listed there.
In Programs and Features post back the Java entries with version #'s and while you are there just note that Flash Player 10 ActiveX is listed.
If you have any questions or need info to obtain the Flash folder info, just post back.

Go to Settings>General>Usage and see how much space is available on your phone (listed at the very top). The pop-up might be telling you that you don't have enough space on your phone to perform the backup, not that you don't have enough space in your iCloud acount to store the backup.
