hi i had my iphone stolen last night and i can access my icloud but it only has uploaded the photos off my photostream and not all the ones off the phone, is there anyway to get back all the photos tht were on the phone, they are very precious as they are mostly of my little boy.

Unfortunately, photo stream photos only remain in iCloud for 30 days even though your last 1000 will remain on your phone until you delete them. If your computer can sync with iCloud, you could enable photos stream on your computer and access the photos from the last 30 days.
Your iPhone backup will include your camera roll photos. Restoring this backup to a replacement phone should recover them. (Be aware that Apple will delete backups for devices that haven't been backed up for 180 days so you can't wait indefinitely to do this.)
In the future, be sure to import all your photos to your compute while they are still in your camera roll, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083. They way you'll have them.

Unfortunately, unless you had them backed up and stored elsewhere (like on the SD card or your computer), they most likely aren't retrievable.
Are you sure the phone is completely dead? Have you tried holding the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 15-20 seconds to see if that will reboot the phone? -

I am trying to restore my daughters iPhone because she forgot her passcode. I'm stuck because iTunes is telling me to turn off Find my iPhone in iCloud settings but I can't do that because the phone is locked. HELP!

I am having trouble using my I phone with Icloud. I tried diabling it & all my contacts have been cancelled.
OK, I called Plantronics and it was an easy fix. You need to hold down the volume up button and the power button on (on the headset) at the same time until the lights on the headset start flashing red and blue. Then turn on the phone Bluetooth and it pairs up just fine.

How do I find and download my pictures that were saved to itunes and icloud in my itunes match? I think that I lost my pictures and I really do need them.
Your pictures are not saved in iTunes Match; that is a music service. If you restore your device from a backup saved in iCloud, you will get pictures back, but any pictures taken since the backup will be lost, so you will want to import those to your computer first.

How is the TV connected to the receiver? HDMI? Trace the cable from the receiver to the TV. Find out what input it's on and change the TV to that input and it will work. Sounds like your TV input somehow got changed. It has worked before, correct? Just quit working? dhascall - I believe you have two separate issues.
The first is the black screen & TV error message. I believe this is a loss of HDCP from the TV, through the HDMI to the STB. It turns off the U-verse video with no explanation (Explanation would be good) I think the only solid solution is to replace the HDMI with component cables that are a one way interface. More recently, a poster reported success with a shorter HDMI cable. This may work for you, or not.
The second is the list from U-verse on the blue screen saying lack of signal and suggesting things to do. ThIs would not be HDCP related. It is a momentary loss of u-verse "DSL" signal. Could be a bad connection or the RG or DVR going bad. If it hardly ever happens, I just wait a few minutes & it comes back itself. If it is problematic, call for remote test. Probably start with a new RG. If you have COAX cable check to be sure you have compression fittings & the connections are tight.

i have music purchased on my computer that is from rhapsody & napster in addition to what i bought from iTUNES. if i synch to the cloud i assume i will lose my other non iTUNES music if i synch my iPOD and computer to iCLOUD? this already happened to me last year and forced me to reload from CDs my other non iTUNES songs back into my computer! anyone know a way around this dilemma? my computer now has almost 900 songs & i fear if i synch my iPOD to my computer and synch to iCLOUD i will get a repeat of losing my non iTUNES songs once again! i have not turned on my iPOD or synced it to my computer for many months! huge hassle to recopy songs from CD & maybe it is best to sign into iCLOUD to back up my newly purchased songs and then exit iCLOUD and then synch my iPOD to my computer and then synch without going into the iCLOUD scenario? i do not know and really need help on this. please answer in simple terms?
I had this problem too after i upgdatd to OS X Mavericks... only the songs on my iphone 5s that i purchased from itunes would play.
i read something about it being a syncing issue. when you plug your phone into your computer with the usb cable, the person said to switch from automatic syncing of itunes to the "manual" option. mine was already set to manual so i wasn't sure anything would work. BUT, when i plugged my phone into my computer, it started to sync all of my music on my phone again (top of itunes bar where song playing/time is listed said "now syncing 123/534 songs to x's iphone"). once that was completed, i checked the music app on my iphone and everything was back to normal!
so, i would suggest setting your music syncing settings to manual if you haven't tried that yet!

just uploaded ios 7.0.4 on phone after it was finished it asked for apple ID password for my ex's appleID , how can I change this id on phone to my apple ID seen some old messages but they were for older versions of firmware revision. Im in barbados and cant access local weather or use locating software because I couldnt enable without password and she doesnt remember it!!

It sounds like your phone is associated with another Apple ID and so you cannot finish setting it up. I found this information for you from the article named:

Ask them to enter their Apple ID and password on the Activate iPhone screen (shown above) to remove the device from their account. You can then proceed through the rest of the device setup process.
If the previous owner is not present
Contact them and ask them to follow these steps to remove the device from their account:
Sign in to their iCloud account at www.icloud.com/find.
Choose the device from their Find My iPhone device list by clicking All Devices and selecting the correct device.
Click "Remove from Account" to remove the device from the account.
After the device has been removed from the previous owner’s account, turn it off by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button located on the top right side of the device. Then restart your device and proceed with device setup as you would normally.

Is your device recognized by your computer? If yes, copy the pictures and videos as shown in this article:
Copying personal photos and videos from iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your computer
If it is not recognized, try this first: iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows
Disable autosync in iTunes, right click on it in the device list and choose "transfer purchases" to copy apps and other media bought in iTunes to your new library.
Do the same again and choose "backup", to create a manual backup without syncing.
Since your device will be erased due to the new iTunes library during the first sync, you can use this backup afterwards to restore your settings and data.
Set up at least one contact and event on your computer before you start, to be able to merge calendars and contacts. -

I am updating my iPad from first generation to fifth. I can access my app store info with no problem, but I cannot access iCloud. It has an account name that is greyed out and it's an account name of a service we no longer subscribe to. I keep getting a window that says user name or password is wrong, but it only gives me an option to enter a password that doesn't match up with that old account name. I need to transfer to the new ipad, but how do I get cloud access?
You need to reset the password for the "old" account, and then use that to turn off iCloud. Then you will be able to sign in with your new ID.
You can reset your password at iForgot.apple.com.
If you don't know the answers to the security questions, you will need to start there.
