I'm designing an app that includes a sqlite database. Can users back up the tables in the DOCUMENTS directory and recover them when a new version is released?

Just discovered that the white controller that came with earlier iMacs works fine to advance the slides, so will use that. thanks.

I would like to restore the previous version of an iphone APP. I hate the new version. I deleted the new version of the app on my Iphone 4 and also on Itunes. I use windows 7 pro. Is there a way to get the previous version of that app? I use Itunes 11, which is the newest version I believe. I have done several backups this year and last year, if that helps. But I am not sure if the app was backed up as well. I know where the back ups are store in my computer. I dont know much about Itunes, can someone help please?

If you have the older version in your recycle bin, or one of your backups, delete the current version of the .ipa file, then paste in a copy of the old one. In iTunes go to the apps section of your library and attempt to Get Info for the app in question. Normally the two versions will have slightly different file names so iTunes may ask you to locate the file, do so. On your device delete the copy of the app, then sync with iTunes. You'll need to disable all forms of automatic updating, and will lose any settings and data associated with the app.
Hmm, offhand I can't recall if automatic updating in iOS 7 is optional. Check that first.

I have deleted the statistical data from the database tables like(Ex: RSDDSTAT, RSDDSTATWHM,..) by mistake through RSA1> Tools> BW Statistics for Infoproviders--> Delete.
Is there any way to restore the deleted data back? Thanks in advance.

If you used the RSA1 -> Tools -> BW Statistics for InfoProviders -> clicked 'Delete' - then you deleted the data from the RSDDSTAT tables. This assumes you accepted the default date range that would have popped up after the clicking on the Delete button which specified to delete thru the current date. If this is what you did, the data is gone. Your only hope is be to recover from a DB backup.
The data in the RSDDSTAT tables is what is used to feed the BW Statistics cubes, generally on a daily basis.

How can I download a previous version of an app?

I recently just downloaded the latest version of eBuddy, 5.2.0, and it is absolutely terrible. It doesn't give me all my messages, and it crashes every few seconds. I wish to revert back to 5.1.0 without deleting the information on my iPod as of current, such as notes, dates, other apps. Is there a possible way to solve this situation? It's really annoying, and I use eBuddy all the time, as it works best out of the other apps, even the one placed by WLM.

Unless you have saved an earlier version on your backup copy of your computer, then you cannot revert.

You might want to consider running the combo updater over your install to refresh your files.

After running the combo updater, select Software Updater and update iTunes.

Can't restore a previous session (or two ago) using a backup.session file?

I'm trying to recover a session, but it is not my last previous session (it's from a few sessions ago now I suppose). I started Firefox today and it didn't load the session from the previous night and instead loaded a couple of update pages that I closed. I then reopened Firefox realizing that it didn't reopen to my session and now restoring the previous session doesn't help because it opened to the updates (and I've now opened and closed it a few times trying to solve the issue). I've found a file in the session folder called "backup.session" that was modified last night and says it is a SESSION File, but can't seem to open it (web search for a program does no good and I don't see Firefox in the Browse for a Program section.
Is there anyway to open a session from a few sessions ago and is it through this backup.session file?

yes it is still the same os5
it only backsup your info a restore will still put ios5 on your phone.
you should look in your recycle bin and save the file in it if you want to go back to ios4.
