HT4859 Problem loading my info on a different iPhone

I bought the new iPhone 5 and handed down my old iPhone 4S to my son. We can not get the 4S to restore my sons info. I keep getting a warning that says, "There was a problem connecting to the server. The apple store said that the problem was my sons account. He tried to load a different account to the iPhone and it started to work. I did a sync with my son's old iPhone. I don't know what to do? What else could I do to get this loaded on the iPhone?

I borrowed a couple laptops today (IBM Thinkpad, Dell
Latitude) and finally got it working on the IBM. The IBM
screen resolution only goes up to 1024x768 so I gotta
fix that now but I can live with this. Things still
did't work on the Latitude or my old Sager. Maybe it
is a driver thing but the error doesn't suggest that.
My problem is only with the top-level VI's. I have a
few sub-VI's that don't do much and I can edit them ok.
File properties look ok. On the Dell when I load my top
VI's LabVIEW starts searching and then says it cannot
find the VI that I just tried loading. Kinda wierd.
Why can't it find the VI that I just clicked on?
Unfortunately I do not have internet access at work
(typing this at home) and security won't l

take stuff out (paranoid). I was hoping this was a
simple mistake that I've done when I first created and
saved these VI's. So I guess I need to buy a IBM laptop.

Problem loading VI's on a different laptop

I've done some LabVIEW 6.1 development on a laptop
that was dropped and is no more. I had backed up my
work by copying my development directory to CD.
I've built another laptop but when I try and load
my top level VI I get this error:
"A bad argument was passed to a manager function. An

I keep getting problem loading page. I try different sites and Firefox will not load. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but it doesn't help.

I also can use internet explorer just fine so I know it's not a problem with my internet provider.

Cannot open grooveshark due to a supposed problem loading flash. (I have the latest version of both (Mozilla and Flash)

Everything with firefox works ok except Grooveshark. An error message appears saying: We had problems loading flash, you might have any blocker etc etc.
I don´t have any blocker and as a matter of fact i have the latest versions for both mozilla and flash. Neither version of flash test nor reinstallation process nor checking add ons or firewall settings solved my problem.

To double-check your Flash permissions for the site, you can click the globe or padlock icon to the left of the address, click More Information, then click the Permissions tab. The "Activate Plugins" section would be the one to check.
I understand you have checked your add-ons, but in case there is an unexpected interaction, could you test the page in Firefox's Safe Mode just to confirm that extensions are not the problem? You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:

When opening new page, an extra window says "problem loading page"

Opening the Firefox browser causes a second tab at the bottom to pop up that reads "problem loading page"...the pages I want to view open up fine, on all websites, I just get an extra annoying tab with that message...if I click on that tab, a small window pops up in the upper left hand corner of the screen that has the error message. I am using FF 3.6. This just started happening recently...possibly after my las FF upgrade.

Problems Loading Programs

Hi, I'm having some problems loading programs, specifically the game Neverwinter Nights 2.
It has been working fine for a month or so. Now when I click to load, the icon jumps a few times then nothing.
- I have reinstalled the game, but with no success.
- I have tried to repair the disk permissions in Safe Boot mode.
- I have unsuccessfully searched for Plist files connected to the game (found none).
- I have tried to load the game via a New Login account, with no success.
Im Reluctant to do an 'Archive and Install', as I have no idea where have my app disks are.
Has anyone an other idea's? Loosing the ability to play the game is annoying but I'm more worried that this may happen to other more important applications in the future!
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

Don't even think about deleting Quicktime, it's an integrated part of the OS.
If that (or any other) game is that important to you, and you are prepared to lose the security fixes in QT 7.6, then it is possible to revert to an earlier version of Quicktime:
If you wish to downgrade Quicktime to 7.5.5, (even though you will lose the important security fixes contained in the 7.6 update, and you will also find that parts of iTunes 7.6, iMovie and iChat may not now work without QT 7.6) there are two methods for doing this (note that attempting to manually delete Quicktime from your hard disk is doomed to failure. QT has components all over the place as it is used by many applications):
(Note: I am running 10.4.11. Some things may be different in Leopard, but the principle should be the same.)
First: Go to HD/Library/Receipts and drag the file QuickTime750_Tiger.pkg to the trash, and delete it.
1. Perform an Archive and Install process to remove all of the QuickTime update's (and potentially problem-causing) components, and replace them with the components of the older release. Unfortunately, this means you will lose some system settings and some or all third-party system add-ons. This method is therefore longwinded and inconvenient, but will ultimately work. Because QT is an integral part of OS X using an archive and install to also downgrade to a previous version of OS X so that the various versions can work in the intended tandem, is the safest way to do it. But there is also another way:
2. Install Quicktime 7.5. in such a way that it overwrites the QT 7.6 files without interfering with your other system settings and third-party add-ons. This can be done using a shareware (you can use it a few times for free, but worth paying for and having) application called Pacifist. This method works perfectly:

You will now have Quicktime 7.5.5.x installed.
N.B. Repair permissions and restart both before and after installation.

SMC4.0 keeps hanging at "unable to load console info"

i installed, reinstalled, reinstalled and so on SunMC 4.0 on a X4140 and did everything that was described in the manual. But still SunMC doesn't work.
i have 2 problems now:
1. the webserver at 6789 doesnt work anymore
2. when i use the Java-applet to login to SunMC4.0 i get the message "unable to load console info"

To fix the freezing when sleeping problem go to System Preferences>Energy Saver and set 'Computer Sleep' to 'Never'. It seems there is a problem for some with Bluetooth failing to wake after sleep. This fixes it 100% for me and many others on here, until Apple issue a software update to address it.
Not sure what to suggest on the internet problem. I assume you are connected and receive and send emails OK.
Edit: To try to troubleshoot the internet issue maybe try turning the Firewall off: System Preferences>Security & Privacy>Firewall tab.

Why does Safari have a problem loading images on some websites?

Safari has a problem loading pages properly or images on certain websites. Apple.com is one of the websites. On my way in here this time it didnt load any images on the front page. I emptied my cache and reloaded the page but that didnt help. Clicked on a broken image that took me to the proper page but without any images. Clicked on a different broken image on to the page and the images load no problem. Click back to the home page images load problem. Clicked on in to support forums and posted this topic.
Any ideas... it has done this for awhile. Everything is enabled in web content(preferences) Always accept cookies is selected.

I occasionally see messages telling me that my software won't let me see the HTML version of an email, but it's there on the page when I open it. This happens mostly with emails from Apple, but have also had a similar message from a few of the photography mags that I subscribe to.
For my part, I just ignore it. It won't go away, but I just don't let it bother me.

Problem loading apps in iCloud

When I log into iCloud on my PC (Window 7), I get an error message for each app (mail, contacts, calendar, etc) that there is a problem loading. What is the issue?

I don't know what browser you're using, but I would recommend downloading Firefox or Chrome. If you use a different Internet browser, the issue may be fixed.

Problem loading flash player...

I am running windows xp sp3 ....... I down loaded the flash player 10. 102. 64 . everything went as planned ...the only place I could find evidence that the player downloaded was by going in to the control panel and add or remove software feature. It showed that it loaded it...but showed no memory occupation. While in Control panel, I highlighted the new flash player entry. and it simply showed a link to adobe support. So, I am here trying to help solve by providing my input.
I logged on as System admin, killed the virus software processes, and downloaded it all again after having removed the previous version. Same Results
I have taken several approaches with no success...each time going into the control panel and noting the entry of the flash player 10 with no mem. size being their. I then uninstalled the thing using adobes DLM...it does say that it is installed and done...also it does remove the entry when uninstalling.
I updated my java script .....once again the same results....right now ...my computer says that the flash player is loaded no memeory occupied (via control panel) but the only thing is a link to adobe....so, has any body had this experience.

Hi, The Flash Player is a browser plugin, not a standalone player. There will be no size or any info in Control Panel/Add/Remove/Programs & Features.
Check a couple of recent threads or click on my name to several threads I have posted on helping users with the same issue.

What else, I can only imagine that there might be something going on with the internet connection on the computer if other sites are not working either. However since it is just this site try these steps:
