HT4863 my icloud e-mail stops working suddenly, I have to close the program and reopen for the same thing to happen again.
Whenever I go to my e-mail, it scrolls down by itself, then it freezes and stops working. It happens on my ipad and other computers as well. Also lately I have had trouble receiving e-mails from other senders.
I also cannot view e-mails for long without restarting the program and I purchase additional storage.
Can you help me solve these problems??

I appreciate your answer. While it might work, I'm a bit hesitant to remove the other programs as a possible solution since they are all currently working.
With Acrobat 9 Pro failing with the OS 10.7 upgrade, I'm hoping that there is a less severe solution.
Since the trigger appears to be 10.7 and may have something to do with the discontinued support of Rosetta, I could be spending a few hours working on a reinstall without a change. Yes, it might work. The "might" is the part that makes me hesitate.
Is anyone else out there on OS 10.7 and running Acrobat 9 Pro? Any issues with anyone else?

I have an old iPhone 4 that finally stopped working. I have an unlimited data plan and want to keep it. When I called customer service, I was told like in the past that if you purchase the new phone at full price, you can keep your old plan. However, after some time on the phone i was told by the csr and supervisor that their system is not allowing them to complete the transaction without changing to a limited data plan. I was told to try going to a store and buy the phone. Same thing happened. Has Verizon changed something and not told their employees?
Seems like people having this problem are those coming from a phone that doesn't have a nano SIM card...so when Verizon issues them one they end up changing their plan. No clue why this keeps happening but stay on top of them. As long as you initiated the request for your plan to be reinstated within the 14 day time frame they should put it back. Interested in seeing how this plays out. There is still one phone in my house that hasn't been upgraded (an iPhone 4). I'm hoping when we do upgrade it at full retail they won't mess with her unlimited data plan

One thing to check is if your hosts file is modified. Open the Command Prompt and type: notepad %systemroot%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
This will open a read-only copy of your host file in Notepad. Are there any entries in this file regarding adobe.com?
The other thing you can do is open the Developer Tools in the Chrome browser. On Windows press Ctrl + Shift to open them. Switch to the Network tab. Reload the page by pressing Ctrl + r. Check for any 4xx or 5xx errors which should be colored red.

My Macbook pro processor is a 2.4 GHz intel Core i5 using Mac OS X. I go to the network diagnostics and it starts to work. After about a minute the ISP and Server fail. Same thing happens when I try again. My desktop internet works fine.

When you say you purchased a new battery, I'll assume that it included the installation and you did not go fiddling with the nanoscrews and such. So it's got to have some sort of warranty that the part is good and it is time to take it back for service. -
Dear All, the backspace and enter keys on my wireless keyboard suddenly stopped working. Im using OS 10.7.5 and have tried a PRAM reset which didn't work. I also used the keyboard viewer to see if the keys worked on that but they don't. This is driving me mad, can anyone please tell me what to do? my preference and economy of standard, is to have wired USB and also use powered
USB hubs for accessories.
I've used USB wired keyboards and mouse products; and some I've bought from the
original owners who had upgraded to BT, and never used the new Apple USB model;
so I have spares of these on-hand since they seldom fail, but do work when BT won't.
{A SMC reset should not cause a problem, or seldom has; but can solve some.}
In my opinion, the wired USB keyboard is an essential accessory, if not a necessary
primary means of user access on a continuous basis. At least until the wires fail...! -
Mail stopped working suddenly on iPad
I Have read lots of posts for similar types of problem as mine today. Most of them all relate to something which either the user has done by, changed ie password etc. or something the server provider has changed and the solution has been to go check everything and reinstall.
I have been sitting here getting and sending emails for about 2 hours. At 14:20 I wondered why I had not received a reply from another person, so I went into Mail and was eventually given a message saying that Mail could not be got because the server was not responding. I have various accounts ranging from BT, TalkTalk to 123-reg mail servers. I can get no mail from any of them, so it is not a password issue. The information given at the bottom of the lefthand column is 'updated 01:25pm' - it is now 03:14pm and still no sign of any mail.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. I have been trying to burn newly purchased (as well as last year purchases) ITunes to a disc. I had burned some of these songs to a disc last year and all went well. Now I have been getting this popup telling me that the AppleSync Notifier has stoped working & the corefoundation.dll needs to be re-installed. Also that Windows will try to fix the problem. Every time I try to burn the disc, the computer sends the disc back out and the screen tells me to put in a blank recordable disc. I have tried 4 different new discs now and the same thing happens.
I am running Windows Vista.
Have been to the Roxio web site for help as well as Apple.
Have tried many "fixes" such as: updating latest version of Direct X from the Microsoft website; Disabling startup items; going to local disc C and into the Apple/Apple Appplication support and right-clicking on the SQLite3.dll and moving it tomobile support device window. Nothing has worked. What can I do to get some music recorder? Should I buy a new cassette deck and record onto tape like I did 20 years ago? This is a very important disc I am making as a gift & I need to get it done by this weekend. Is there anyone that can offer good advice?love paying a lot of money for something that doesn't work right, thanks apple

I created an Apple ID for iTunes using a work email address and left that company before I had an opportunity to change the email and password for that same account. Now I can't seem to login to that account and I can't choose the option for forgot password because it will send email to the old workplace. How do I change the email address to a new one that I can access?
If you remeber the password to that Apple ID then follow these steps
1 - Make sure you have an email address that is NOT an Apple ID
2 - Go to AppleID.Apple.com
3 - Where it reads Manage Apple ID - Sign in
Once you are signed in want to make sure the email address you are wanting to use is NOT set up as a "Recovery/Rescue" email for this account.
[To check this - Main page where you see Primary ID - below do you see the email address you want to use listed towards the bottom? Yes - Delete / No - Good ./. If made any adjustments "Save" Next on the left select "Password & Security" - Answer your security questions you set up "if you have any" then scroll towards the bottom and check to see if you see the email address you want to use. Yes - Delete / No - Good] <-> Also you can change your password on this page as well. Any adjustments made "Save"
Once this is done go back to the main page where you should read "Primary ID" and change the email address that is showing to the new email address youo want. "Save" Done
I learned this not to long ago and worked for me. Hope this helps you! -

There are many possible reasons for that.
Most likely a corrupted cookie or cache file for that site may be responsible.
On the Safari menu bar got to Safari -> Empty Cache
Then go to Safari -> Preferences and click on the 3rd symbol from right.
Click on Details -> type the name of the particular site (e.g. facebook) in the search field and delete all upcoming entry's.
Restart Safari and try again to log in on the site.

Apple's e-mail stopped working early this morning.
This morning around 2:15am (EST), something changed with my Apple mail, and it cannot be accessed via any method (Mac Mail, iPhone, iPad, or even directly with the iCloud website.) Cannot send or receive. My other non-me.com accounts work fine.
All my iOS devices and Mac Mail tell me "rejected the password", even after restarts, etc.. iCloud simply says "Cannot Load Mail", and quits back to iCloud main screen. In case it was a strange password error, I logged in to https://appleid.apple.com and changed to a new (very secure) password, gave it 10 minutes (hours now), but it still will not work.
I can still log onto my account on apple.com. I can still get into my iTunes Store account, iOS App Store, etc. No other Apple problems, just my email!
I know it happened around 2:15am, because I have a business where it emails me through this account automatically once every 15 min or so, and after 2:15am it stopped. I was in bed asleep at that time, so it shouldn't have been something I did?
I can't find support where other people are having the same problem, so I worry what could have happed? The only thing I can think of, (and this has been in my concern since I first created this account) is that my username (robots) is too similar to the name 'robot', which typically is used for a server maintenance/automated account, and that someday Apple would make me change the account name. Or am I paranoid?
HELP! This is screwing up my business, as none of my incoming order emails are able to be received!Has your iCloud service also stopped working via web access with your browser, or only in Mail?
I have had no interruption of the iCloud email service during the last several days, nor for that matter before.

Why do you have to get a court order to see your own texts?
I can understand why you would need a court order to get into someone elses business, but why your own? If someone else used my phone to send text messages to people then shouldn't i be able to retrieve them without so much trouble?
