HT4863 pc emails not going out on icloud account

some of my mail sends don't go anywhere and they are lost when sending from my pc.  I don't think I have come close to any of the limits.  I'm also using an ipad 3 and iphone 4s and don't see any of this on them.

First place to look is spam folders, whitelists/blacklists,
check if the corporate accounts' mail servers don't have their own
filters before reaching the accounts' filters etc....
The sending I believe is standard SMTP (although don't quote
me on that!) so there shouldn't be any particular problem.... Check
also that the addresses are not marked internal-only...

    We have setup a QA box and deployed the code. Now while testing found that AIA Error notifications are not being sent incase of remote/binding faults. The same setup was done on Dev box and it works fine.
    1. Set the email driver properties from EM Console :

    3. In http://<host>:<port>/sdpmessaging/userprefs-ui console add email Id to user AIAIntegrationAdmin. Login to this console with AIAIntegrationAdmin/welcome1
    4. Upload the AIAConfigurationproperties file to MDS and Reload the configuration from AIA Console setup page. (http://<host>:<port>/AIA/faces/home.jspx)
    Now step4 is where we had an issue in QA. I uploaded the file to MDS but for reloading the configuration tried logging into AIA Console page. Here it doesnt have any buttons for clicking on Setup.
    Also found that the AIAApplication is down from admin console. When I try starting it, throws an error
    weblogic.management.DeploymentException: [Deployer:149003]Unable to access application source information in '/opt/apps/Oracle/Middleware/user_projects/domains/aiarv_domain/servers/aiarv_server/stage/AIAApplication/AIAApplication.ear' for application 'AIAApplication'. The specific error is: [Deployer:149158]No application files exist at '/opt/apps/Oracle/Middleware/user_projects/domains/aiarv_domain/servers/aiarv_server/stage/AIAApplication/AIAApplication.ear'..
    Errors were encountered while performing this operation.
    If I try to manually copy the AIAApplication.ear from admin server location into above mentioned path and then start AIAApplication, it starts but after restarting server again same error occurs.
    Is this an issue with AIA Installation on this server ? And are the AIAApplication and AIAConsole issues related?

    Hi Gerhard
    I had already set 'Workflow Notification Properties' to 'Email' . The problem for me was with the way I had updated the UpdateMetaDataDP.xml for loading the AIAConfigurationProperties.xml into MDS.
    I had specified as below :
    <fileset dir="${AIA_HOME}/AIAMetaData">
    <include name="../aia_instances/instance_name/AIAMetaData/config/AIAConfigurationProperties.xml" />
    </fileset>
    I changed it to below and reloaded the config file. Now emails are going out fine.
    <fileset dir="${AIA_HOME}/aia_instances/instance_name/AIAMetaData">
    <include name="config/AIAConfigurationProperties.xml" />
    </fileset>
    I had one final question:
    In the User messaging preference console (http://<host>:<port>/sdpmessaging/userprefs-ui) can we add a comma separated list of email ids to the user
    AIAIntegrationAdmin ?

  • Emails not going out

    I know Verizon is not too Mac friendly, but I'm hoping someone can help me with the problem I'm having.
    I'm traveling within the US and using an iBook G4 with Mac OS X 10.3.9 software. I am using the Mail software that came with the computer. I can get mail in no problem (I have 3 mailboxes set up, two with Verizon, one with Gmail), but when I try to send out email, it won't go. It gets stuck in the Out box and it never sends.
    I tried changing the outgoing mail port to 25, used 110 as well or 995 for gmail and none work. What are the settings for the outgoing mail servers that I need to use? I have set up the accounts correctly as Verizon instructs, but I'm just stumped with the outgoing mail.

    Actually, this changes only the account you're using to buy your apps on the store. But this doesn't change the account you use for iCloud. Both accounts are different, and you can either use the same account, or two different one. Unfortunately, I think I read somewhere that once you logged your iPhone on the iCloud with a specific account, you have to wait 90 days before to be able to change account!! I have no idea why Apple does that, but that's what I read on this site.

  • Emails are not going out to everyone, only select people, everyone else gets blocked or bounce backs

    I have a client who uses Business Catalyst and they're having a problem with emails only going out to certain people and not everyone they email. Outside going in, the problem is it either works 100% of the time, or not at all. If it doesn't work the outside people either get a bounced back failed delivery message, or nothing at all and the emails just disappear into cyberspace. And it's not regulated to just one company or one group of domains - it's pretty sparatic on who it's going to work for and who it doesn't work for.
    I checked to see if their IP was blacklisted and the only thing I found was that it just wasn't whitelisted with list.dnswl.org. It wasn't blacklisted with them, it just wasn't listed. Outside of that I cannot figure out why their emails only work with certain people.
    And the problem is across the board with all @grahamwebbacademy.edu email addresses, not just one person's address. Also one reason I'm posting here is that when they put in a support ticket they never get anything back, and my guess is it's because of this very issue, not that no one's responding to them. It's apparently  been going on for a long while too.

    Please update the NS records for the domain "grahamwebbacademy.edu".  At the moment I see that it's pointing to our old expired records. This could be the cause of your mail troubles in this case.
    Name Servers:

    What version of Solman are you using ?  Check in t-code Rz20 >ccms monitor template of satelliate system , there would be option to monitor your outbound mails .You can sutomise your monitorig metrics in solman 7.1  else in 7.01 you use auto reaction methods to monitor .

    Many people are having probalems with this right now.  The only solution I've seen that seems to consistently work is the one posted by Brackers28 here: https://discussions.apple.com/message/23020591#23020591.  This only works if you still have access to your old email account.  If you don't, you'll have to have Apple help you reset the password for your old account so you can turn off Find My iPhone and sign into your account with your correct ID.

    If you need to change the iCloud ID on your new phone you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.  If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll.  When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

    Are these photos that were on your iphone before you set up photo stream?  If so, too late.  Only photos taken after setting up photo stream are synced.

    I don't know what you mean by "closed" - icloud accounts stay in existence even if you disconnect all devices from the account.  You can't delete them.
    If you don't recall the ID or the password, and if the link above doesn't provide another way to get to the account, then you are out of luck.
