HT4864 No email access from iCloud.

Does anyone know why I am suddenly unable to access my email thru my @me.com account via any device - iPhone, iPad or iMac? I can send emails and my wife can access her account through any of the devices. This has only just happened and nothing has changed from my end - that I am aware of.

I was able to get email to work using the following settings:
Incoming Mail Server:
     Name=incoming.yahoo.verizon.net
     SSL=no
     Port=110
Outgoing Mail Server
     Name=outgoing.yahoo.verizon.net
     SSL=no
     Port=587

If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple ID.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

You can't delete the account, just sign out and stop using it.

Problems erasing a previous email address from icloud on my iphone

Hi,
I set up my apple id on my mac and my iphone a while ago however it was with an old college email address. When setting up my icloud details I wanted to change my email address as the college email address had expired. I was able to delete this email address on my laptop on my apple id account and enable a new one. But when I went to do the same to my iphone it was still under the college address and when I cant seem to sign out this email address from my phone as it keeps saying password incorrect even after me resetting it on numerous occasions.
Could someone please help me with this as I am limited to what I can do on my phone at the moment.

Hi Everyone, have updated my primary email address in itunes etc and main apple account. However i cant delete my old email off my iphone 5 from the icloud account. It prompts me each time for my old address and password and when i try and put them in it says the password is wrong....my apps and everything else is ok, just the icloud. Really fed up it wont let me delete it on my iphone. Any help appreciated, have tried other past suggestions but i cant get past it asking for my old log in details which are now not working....

Go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

We have Exchange 2010 in our network and we are publishing OWA & Outlook Anywhere using TMG 2010 with GoDaddy Public Certificate.
Everything works well.
I can access the OWA & Outlook Anywhere from Non Domain machines without any issues but when it comes to iPhone it just doesn't work.
I followed the procedure to configure iPhone from this link and selected the manual configuration option but i get the

Problem with email account from iCloud

Hello people!
First of all, thanks for reading this!
So, I updated yesterday to iOS5, I have an iPad 2. Everything works absolutely amazing. I installed iCloud and created a me.com email account. I can receive email address with the account, but I cannot send/reply to none of the messages. Each time I send one, I get an error, it says it can't connect to the server, and tells me to go to config the account, but I can't, because it's from iCloud!

Hi All,
The only solution to this error is by calling iCloud support via express lane for iOS5. Once you get a representative, asked them to escalate you to the mobile me division. Only senior tech advisors can help. It seems the error is being caused by an aliases issue. Dont waist your time changing your settings. It wont fix it.
They need to reset your account and this will remove the user name/password/smtp server/ unknow user errors you are receiving!
PS: tech support from apple is free if you have a new iPhone 4S or applecare thats still valid. Since this is and iOS5 / iCloud issue, they are willing to assit for free.

Have you turned on a forwarding or copying service at yahoo? The only way to get duplicate emails from two different email services is if one of them forwards and copies to another, or if senders are sending to both email addresses.

The lastest update for Mountain Lion and iOS6 has now put all my email clients in iCloud. How do I turn this feature off without deleting the accounts?

How do I email files from icloud drive on an iPhone?

I have few PDF files saved on icloud drive through my mac. I want to access those files on my iPhone and email them to others. How do i do that?
Presently I am using google drive and it allows me to email my files from google drive on an iphone.

This happens to me quite often on my iPhone5, and my iPad. I find it the most helpful to go under settings and reset to factory everything. SEtting> general> erase all content and settings.
Please make sure you do a back up before you do this!!!!!
You'll be basically wiping the phone clean and when the phone resets, reset from back up.
I've also found that when I go under voicemail and view deleted voicemails to delete all of them. Delete text messages that you no longer need to keep. Hope this helps.
