HT4890 where is my photostream on icloud

I have backed up my phone to icloud but when I log on to icloud through my computer I cannot find my photostream. How do I locate my photostream? Note: my photostream was selected on my iphone to backup.

I fixed my own problem...
> I made sure that iCloud backup was on, on the iPhone.
> Turned off Photo Stream sync. This warns you that it will "Delete all photos on your phone". Make sure you dont have anything you care about on the phone currently. Click Delete.
> Turned Photo Stream back on.
> Restart iPhone and plug in.
Now I can see that all my photos are re-downloading from iCloud.
I still think its ridiculous that you cannot view photo stream photos on iCloud.com. I can't see paying for this service.

  • HT4890 where are my photos on iCloud?

I've been backing up photos from my iphone 4 to iCloud (previously Moblle Me) and now I can't find them. Where are they? Thanks

Photos in the camera roll are backed up to an icloud backup (IF backup is turned on in an iOS device and Camera Roll is turned on - this does not pertain to a mac  [this is the icloud on my mac forum]).  However, you can't look into a backup to view your photos.
iCloud does not have a gallery like the former MobileMe.

  • HT201317 where can I find my iCloud photostream online?

where can I find my iCloud photostream online?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities
Unfortunately, you can only see online the photos sent with Shared Photo Stream to other contacts, from http://www.icloud.com
Respecting to Photo Stream, you can't see them on http://www.icloud.com. To access to your Photo Stream photos, you need an iPhone, iPod touch or iPad with iOS 5 or later; a Mac with iPhoto '11 or Aperture 3, and OS X 10.7.2 or later; or a PC with iCloud Control Panel installed

  • HT201317 where do i find my photostream in icloud

where do i find my photostream on icloud??

    Hi missramon,
You have to set up an iCloud account on your PC and turn iCloud on on your iPad and iPhone 5. There is currently no way to directly access your photos on the iCloud website, but if you set up an account, and turn it on on both of your devices, then you will have PhotoStream, which will share any photos taken by either device with the other. Here is a link with all of the information:

  • Where did the iPhoto 10 iCloud Photostream come from and how do I get rid of it?

I just updated my MacBook Air to mavericks.  I have an iPad and iphone as well just updated to ios7.  My Mac updated iPhoto as well.  Now when I opened iPhoto I got my flickr and Facebook integrated folders in the left pane plus an iCloud photostream.
I didn't have that before and it has 287 pictures pulled from many devices but I didn't set that up.  I only had/have a private photostream with a particular name and about 10 pics in it.  this new one is just called iCloud photostream and it has 287 pics of which some I know I took with my iPad and others with my iphone.  I of course sync both devices with my Mac so this pics are in my iPhoto library as well.

In the iPhoto preferences turn PhotoStream off

  • HT4890 why do i not see my photostream on icloud account

Help. I can't see my photostream on icloud. why is that?

The only way to play your music from iCloud without storing it all on your iPad would be to subscribe to iTunes Match.  Also, even with iTunes Match, when you play a song it will download to your iPad in the background.  (iTunes Match only allows you to be able to access any song in your library from iCloud without having to store your entire library on your iPad ahead of time.)

  • On a macbook air, how do i delete a photostream in icloud?

on a macbook air, how do i delete a photostream in icloud?

A PDF is a PDF.  If it is an app then it isn't a PDF unless it is an app that is supposed to install the PDF somewhere in which case I wouldn't trust it.  From where did this originate? If it is some unknown web site there are plenty with fake links that say you are downloading one thing but they send you another in hope that you will blindly install some malware.  Usually they target Windows users but there's getting to be some for Mac (in particular MacKeeper).

I already quoted the minimum requirements, look in the post before yours.
You will have to upgrade your Mac to at least 10.7.5, upgrades are not free, you buy them from the App Store. Mountain Lion is the best but your Mac must be compatible.
Here is a list of compatible machines.
Also note that some older apps (Office 2004, Appleworks) will not run on Mountain Lion.

  • I still don't totally understand the difference on my iPhone between PhotoStream (with iCloud icon), Photos (the icon) and Albums and Camera Roll (under Photos icon) and and Camera Roll (under Camera icon).  I want to delete photos from my iPhone 4.

I  don’t  understand the difference on my iPhone between PhotoStream (with iCloud icon), Photos (the icon) and Albums and Camera Roll (under Photos icon) and and Camera Roll (under Camera icon).  They seem to be more or less the same thing, but deleting photos in one place does not delete them elsewhere.
When I tried to import from my camera to my iMac computer the computer would not recognized 900 of the 920 photos on the camera so I had to (successfully) use the Image Capture application to import them.
I want to delete photos from my iPhone 4 in order to free up storage (I only have 8GB.)  But in synching I do not want to delete any images from my iPhoto on my computer.
Is there a way that I can Delete All under Edit in either Photos or Camera on my iPhone and check about 20 ijmages to remain on the iPhone?  I could find no command to Select All and then uncheck the 20 photos I want to keep.
I have the 8GB iPhone and the iMac with OS 10.9.2 and iPhoto '09 Version 8.1.2.
    Help!

I have Version 6.1.3 because the clogged storage will not allow me to upload Version 7.1.  Catch 22.  This is basically a storage issue, I believe.  I cannot delete enough stuff on my iPhone to allow me to either back up or upload the new OS 7.  I am unwilling to pay for more storage in iCloud, so I want to delete stuff I don't need.  But I haven't yet figured out how to successfully do that.  I synch my phone and computer.  I want to delete mail on the Mail app and photos and still keep my photos on my computer on iPhoto, but not on my phone.  I seem unable to do that.  Any advice?

  • Where do I go on iCloud to view my photos and videos?

Where do I go on iCloud to view my photos and videos? I have my iCloud account open but there is no shortcut for the camera roll?

Photo Stream can not be viewed from iCloud.com.
To view Photo Stream you need a an iOS device running iOS 5.1 or later, a Mac running OS X 10.7.5 or later, or a PC running Windows Vista or later (via iCloud Control Panel).

  • How can I get pictures on iPhone to photostream with iCloud?  I can't sync with my Mac because it is older.

I have an older mac so I know I can't photostream due to it not even having iPhoto .. but the real dilemna is how in the heck do I get my photos on my iPhone 4 to photostream with iCloud?  I have it turned on ... on my iPhone and still nothing in iCloudf???  So frustrated!

Select your iPhone and under Options, check "Sync only checked songs and videos". This option actually also applies to Books, and all other media types. If they aren't already showing, go to iTunes>Preferences...>Show list views for all media and also Show list checkboxes. Then go to your Books section and select List view. Uncheck the books you do not want synced, and then sync your iPhone. Repeat for your iPad.
Also, all newly added Books will automatically be checked. Hope you like that.

  • How do I get photos on my iphone into photostream for icloud?

how do I get photos on my iphone into photostream for icloud?

have you you downloaded the icloud software on your PC? Once it is set up the photos should go from your camera roll to the photostream automatically. Just go search for download icloud in google and install it. You also need to check you have the photostream turned on on your phone. Go to settings, icloud then photostream and check it is turned on.

Where do I change my icloud password?

http://appleid.apple.com - click 'Manage your account' and sign in with your iCloud login (which is an Apple ID in its own right). You will of course need to log out on all your devices and log back in with the new password.
