HT4910 i as no contact list in the iclud

Question

i have contact list in my Iphon. i made backup to Icloud. when i looking in Icloud,com the contact list are empty only my privte contact.
what i need to solve the problem

The problem you have now is that iCloud will not sync contacts that belong to non-iCloud accounts such as Gmail and Exchange.  If you want to sync these contacts with iCloud, you will have to copy them to the iCloud account and then turn off contacts syncing with these other accounts (otherwise you will see duplicate contacts on your phone).  If you want to do this, follow the following steps:
Go to Settings>iCloud, turn Contacts to Off, choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted (any iCloud contacts will still be in iCloud).
Download the app My Contacts Backup.  (If you have more than 500 contacts to transfer you will need the “Pro” version. If you aren't sure how many you have start with the free version; it will tell you if you need the Pro version when you run it.)  Use the app to back up the remaining contacts on your phone (from the Gmail and Exchange accounts) as a vCard attachment to an email.  Send this email to yourself and confirm that you have received it.
Go to Settings>iCloud and turn Contacts back to On.
Go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Default Account (in the Contacts section) and set this to iCloud.
Go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars…tap your Gmail and Exchange accounts and turn off contact syncing with these accounts.
Open the My Contacts Backup email you sent earlier and tap the attachment to import the contacts from the other accounts back to your device, and to iCloud.  Your contacts should all now all be in iCloud and will appear on icloud.com.
