Are you trying to sync them to your iPad Mini using iTunes? If so, did you remember to go to the Apps tab of your iTunes sync settings and check Sync Apps prior to syncing?

I love, love, love my Apple products too! It's so nice to pick up either device and have your info at your finger tips! You mentioned that the iCloud is stating you do not have enough storage. This sounds the calendar issue is related to that. If there is not enough storage on the iCloud, you will not be able to sync all the info between devices. You can either buy new storage, or remove the syncing of another app. To manage your storage, go to Settings>iCloud. There you can turn on and off sync options. I would also check to make sure the calendar sync is set to "on." You can also scroll down to "Storage and Backup" it will then allow you to purchase more storage.

If you're able to contact the person who set the lock, send them this link and tell them to follow its instructions.
If not, you can't use the device but may be able to get it refunded. Apple won't remove the lock for anyone other than the original owner(assuming they're alive.)

It is best to stop making all new apple IDs, as software is permanently tied to them, and you can't converge them. Make differnt ones if you plan to get divorced though....

Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it

From your backups. By doing a clean install you erased your startup volume. You may have installed OS X, but your personal software was erased. You can restore from backups if your have them. If not, then you've lost it all, permanently.

Thanks for the question and I believe we have a solution. The best option would be to delete the movie that is giving you an issue and redownload it via the iTunes store past purchase option. I have included a couple articles that will show you how to process these steps.

If this does not resolve the issue, then iTunes might need to be notified to let them know there is a problem with the content. I have included the steps on how to let them know.

Sorry. There's nothing anyone can do. The current version of the facebook app will not run on 4.2.1. The iPhone 3G won't run anything higher than 4.2.1. You're stuck.

I'm not sure what the total limit is (or if there is one), but two iPads and one iPhone is no problem - you only need one account and you can have the same apps on all three devices if you want without any issues (I have an iPad, iPhone and iPod without problems). There was a thread a few weeks ago about a newspaper app (though it could have been a magazine), where the issue could only be downloaded to one device, but that is the only time I've heard about that limit.

do the following steps:
General > Restrictions > [scroll down to ] PRIVACY: > Microphone > Allow changes
Not: Settings > Privacy > Microphone
If you are installing an app like Soundhound, you will have to delete it then just reinstall it. The app then will ask you if it is "OK" to use the microphone. Push "yes". Then go back to the Settings app and follow the chain:
Settings > Privacy > Microphone > SoundHound push tab to the right until it turns green and you are set.

You can not login into iTunes or the App Store using VPP credentials. You must purchase all apps/book/etc. from the VPP website. Then you can redeem the codes thru itunes/app store or import the codes thru apple configurator. (It will not affect any of the apps you already have but the id can only be used for VPP.)
