This should clear up on its own and allow you to delete the account, however it can take 3-5 days before this happens.

you are responsible for reinstalling any apps. It is not Apples responsibility as outline the the service agreement. Do you have the product key?

No. but you can sell it privately and use the proceeds towards a newer used model. -

I replaced an old Itouch with a new one, and now Itunes will not recognize the new one.
I recently replaced my old I Touch with a new one. Now I cannot get Itunes to recognize it in my library.

You need to restore the iPod from the backup of the old one. The will restore photos taken by or saved to the iPod. If the photos were synced to the iPod those have to be synced to the iPod since they are not included in the iPod backup that iTunes makes.

You can erase it with find my phone if you had enabled it, this doesn't wipe the data in your iCloud account. -

You can recover any purchased songs that are on iPods using the procedure here.
If this is not available, you can ask Apple to allow you to download your music again. Note that, first, they DO NOT HAVE TO DO THIS. Purchase of music from the iTunes store entitles you to one download of that item. Second, note that if Apple does allow you to download a second time, they have to pay royalties on each download, whether you pay for it or not. Last, if they allow it, please back up your purchases.

Get AppZapper, a free program that removes apps. Make sure everything has been removed by checking with Spotlight once the app has been zapped.

Hi, I have a PPC Running OSX 10.5.4 and I want to delete the User "Guest"and "Shared"Folders on my HD, they won't let me change the permissions and I keep getting errors that say the permissions should be 0 and are 501 and having files i can't delete that go on and on ad infinitum... I think it's a virus or a corruption? Can anyone tell me or help me and let me know what I'm dealing with here or wether I'm mistaken and should leave it alone?

Why do you want to delete those? What have you done so far to do that?
I doubt that Mac has a virus. On the other hand, your attempts to deleted those folders may have caused corruption.
Two other comments:
1) Is there a reason that Mac hasn't been updated to OS X 10.5.8?
2) You've been misled by the poor field labeling on this Web site into trying to type your entire post into the "subject" field. In the future, just put a short summary of your post into that field. -
My ipod won't let me connect to wi-fi, won't let me restore or reset it, and it keeps telling me i knew a passcode for any one and I never set a password up. How do I fix this? Says try again in 6180146 min. my passcode setting is off, but restrictions are on. Very frustrated. please help

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
