HT4910 Syncing Iphone 5 with Comcast E-mail Addresses.

I have just bought an Iphone 5 and I would like to be able to e-mail addressed stored in my Comcast address book. I would like to be able to sync the contact information and send/receive messages from either device. I can receive messages now on my Iphone but I can't get to the Comcast addresses to send an email from my Iphone. Thanks.

Couple things I advise
1. Launch Address Book - Go to File - Export - Address Book Archive - Save to where you can find it
This will backup Address Book
2. If possible wipe out all contacts from the iPhone and Sync it over fresh, If this takes to much time then move down to option 3
3. Before going further. Take the backup file you made earlier burn it to a disk or something for safe keeping. But keep the file where u can access it when needed.
Now delete all contacts from Address Book, Now in iTunes go to Advanced and tell it to Sync contacts. This should Wipe out iPhone with blank data as there is now no data in AB.
4. Now take the backup file you made earlier. Double click and restore database. All contacts will return. Now Sync to iPhone.
If none of this works you may need to restore iPhone as a new iPhone and do a fresh sync.

I just upgraded to iTunes 11.0.1 and although my music, podcast and apps sync with my iPhone 3GS (Version 4.1), iCal and Address Book doesn't! I get the following error messages:

Choose About this Mac from the Apple menu and check the processor.
If it's a PowerPC Mac, it's already running the newest OS it can.
If it's an Intel Mac, click here, install the DVD, and run Software Update twice.

I'm trying to set up my Pandora App on my IPhone 4S. When I register it says: "An account already exists with that e-mail address" That is because it is set up also on my computer. It doesn't tell me what to do otherwise. I don't like using all different e-mails.

Use the same email and password as on your computer. Don't try to set up a new account. I use Pandora on my computer, both phones and my iPad.
