Hello My pc is dead and all my music is now only on my iPad with no other back up....if I buy a new pc and subscribe to iTunes match, will it let me download the content back to my pc easily ?

iTunes Match can only be subscibed to, and upload music from, a computer - you won't be able to do it from your iPad.
You should be able to copy the music back from your iPad to a new computer, and you may find these two pages useful for doing so :

Music purchased from iTunes can be copied to a computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases, and for music from other sources (e.g. copied from CDs) there are some programs listed half-way down that second article that should be able to copy them back.

Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

TS1363 I have itunes in windows 8 but it does not recognise my ipod. Any tips on getting it to work and be able to Sync?

Error -69 suggests a possible problem with the source files on your computer. Check the source disk for errors and backup if you don't already do so. See HT1210: iTunes displays a -69 error when syncing iPod for more details.
The SyncToy backup program is also a good way to identify exactly which files cannot be read. Repeated runs may succed in copying files which won't copy over on the first attempt.

It may also help to disable any AV software while syncing or set exclusions on the media folder and the iPod's drive.

You can enable keyboard sounds via Settings > General > Sounds . If they are enabled but you can't hear them then have you checked that you haven't got notifications muted (which will also affect most apps) ?
Depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to (mute or rotation lock), then you can mute notifications by the switch on the right hand side of the iPad, or via the taskbar : double-click the home button; slide from the left; and it's the icon far left; press home again to exit the taskbar. Why can't I download the latest iTunes to my mac which is a 10.5.8

I have got myself in a real mess, I installed the new iOS 7 onto my iPad and I don't like it so I imported all my new photos to my mac, then I reset all my settings on my iPad thinking that it would go back to the original settings but alas didn't work.
Then I thought I would put up with it but now I cannot put my photos etc back onto the iPad because my mac needs the version of iTunes but when I try to install the new version I get a messy come up that iTunes cannot install this new version on my mac which is a 10.5.8.
So now I am stuck with the software on the iPad I don't like and I cannot sync the iPad to iTunes
So why can't I download the new version of iTunes to the mac which is 10.5.8

Put simply, the minimum system requirements for iTunes have changed. You need a Mac running at least OS X 10.6.8.
It's best you look online to see if your model of Mac can be upgraded to at least 10.6.8 "Snow Leopard". It should still be possible to order a copy of Snow Leopard if so.

Authorize the different computer with your Apple ID with iTunes. Hopefully you moved the entire iTunes Media (or iTunes Music) folder to a new path on your external drive. Copy your iTunes library folder out to the root of the external drive, e.g. X:\iTunes (where X: is your external drive), then move the media folder inside it. Hold down shift as you start iTUnes and keep holding untila asked to choose or create a library. Choose the library at X:\iTunes\iTunes Library.itl. Should all be good.
Failing that, download and run my FindTracks script and point it at the new location of your media folder.

I had same problem. I removed the back cover, and warmed wi-fi module by hairdryer of my wife). five days wi-fi works great. I do not know what will happen next.

Congratulations on your new Mac! It sounds like your purchased songs are not playing completely after you downloaded them. I recommend to following steps for an issue like this:
Symptoms
Occasionally, if a song purchased from the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC was not downloaded completely, the song may not play back fully. The song may abruptly stop during playback, and iTunes may start playing the next song in your library or playlist.
Resolution
If iTunes in the Cloud is available in your country, try the following steps to resolve the issue:
Delete the purchased song that is exhibiting the problem from your iTunes library.
Click on the Purchased link in the iTunes Store to view your previously purchased music.
Download your previously purchased song from this list.

I also updated my itunes a couple days ago when i backed up my phone - could it have been that?

music is apart of a back up. however if you did not transferyour purchases before doing the back up you will have to re download them. to do so sign into itunes, on the right hand side under quick links you will see purchased. click on it and go to the music tab. all of your music will be there you will see a cloud next to them with an arrow pointing down that is where you download them there may also be an option to download all. you can do the same for any apps that you may have purchased also. after they have downloaded plug your device in and sync them back to the device. hope this helps

Are you logged in with the same account that was used to activate the phone ? If you are, and the apps aren't showing as free, then try logging out of your account by tapping on it at the botto of the Featured tab in the App Store app and then log back in and see if they then show as free.
