HT4914 Why don't my playlists update when I edit them, help!

I've had iTunes Match for a few months now and I've always been having issues with my music not updating and syncing to my Mac from my PC, my playlists don't update some times I loose my playlists on my Mac when I update, edit or addn new songs to them on my PC. Why is this happening and how can I fitx this?

I would highly appreciate an answer to this problem, as it startet occuring after the release of iOS5, I'm pretty sure.

Why doesn't my lyrics update when I change them?

I wanted to change a typo in lyrics for one of my songs. I went into iTunes under my iPhone (3Gs) and manually right clicked-> get info-> lyrics and chagned the lyric then clicked ok. I ejected my iPhone and noticed that the lyrics did not make the change I put in. I deleted the song and added it from iTunes with the new change and still nothing. Why does this happen? The only way I found out how to fix this is to get a whole 'nother version of the song and add it into iTunes and my iPhone.
I also have one more question: Is there a way to search what songs are in a playlist, not in the entire iPhone. I scroll above the playlist I'm on and type in a song and it shows me every song in my library with that name, not just the ones in the playlist. Is there a way to search only the playlists on my iPhone?

Why don't my podcasts delete when I've listened to them. I have them set to do that on my phone and in iTunes but with the app they now stay there until I manually delete them.
I let them completely finish but still they stay on my phone presumably clogging up valuable space there and making it harder to find the unplayed ones.
Why oh why can't we have podcasts back in with our music on iTunes - now I can't listen to a podcast and then when it finishes let it just go onto play music - have to swap apps. God, I hate Apple sometimes when they make something worse and tell you it is for you own good. And yes, I know all big companies are the same....

In what bookmarks folder are the bookmarks located that you try to search?
You can click the "Show your bookmarks" button that is positioned next to the star on the location/address bar to get a drop-down list with the bookmarks.
Only bookmarks that were created by clicking the star once and that haven't been moved out of the Unsorted folder can't be reached directly.
You can also open the bookmarks sidebar via that drop-down list or use the Ctrl+B shortcut to have the sidebar where you can use its search bar to find a bookmark.

To answer the post title FireFox save all downloads automatically in the download folder, which you can find in the Documents folder. If you want to choose where to save your downloads go to tools>options>check always ask me where to save files.
Secondly, I am assuming you have IE 8 installed as this is the only version that supports this fix that is currently not in beta. Go to control panel>internet options>advanced tab and reset the settings at the bottom. This may or may not fix the problem but it is a good first step.

Posts are duplicating like bunnies when I edit them in Posterous since the latest Beta Update??? wtf?

When I go to edit any post on my [http://whatgetsmehot.posterous.com Posterous] blog, the html and media including photos and videos are duplicating like bunnies if i do any editing (like going from rich format to html and back) all since the latest Beta Update??? And after that it will crash because it has multiplied anywhere from 4X to ?X times.

Btw, I uninstalled all my addons and am running on nothing but what comes with my Windows XP and from FF.
Any thoughts?

Quicktime or Quicktime Pro (which iTunes uses) don't convert "muxed" ( muxed means multiplexed where the audio and video are stored on the same track) video files properly. It only plays the video and not the audio.

You need a 3rd party converter to convert the file with both audio and video.

Why does ios 7 automatically update when connected to charger

I don't want to install ios7 but when I have connected my iphone 5 to the charger it had automatically started to download it, the only way I have found not to download it is to take it off charge, but I need to charge my phone and don't want to update it. My iPad is crashing constantly. It says I don't need an update even though it is older - 5.1.1. I can't find a way to upload a newer version to see if that's the issue. Diagnostics at crash is telling me it's low on memory. Any suggestions as to the issue? The fix?

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1.3. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

I have iPhone 5S and iPad Air, and both are capable of 4G/LTE Option. However, when I connect these devices to a wifi, I don't receive emails. PPlease describe what hPpens when you try to get your email over Wi-Fi. Do you receive any error. Messages? If so please quote them exactly so we can help with your problem.

Why does order of playlist changed when burning CD?

I made a playlist from songs imported from different cd's to burn a mixed cd. i changed the order of the songs in the playlist the way i wanted them on the cd & even changed each songs number in the info box. still once the cd is burned the songs are in a different order. i must have missed something basic but i cant figure out what. help!!

Are you burning within iTunes? Using Burn Playlist to Disc? That's the only I burn from my library, and my playlists always stay in the order I've placed them in.
If you're burning through Finder, it may be burning them in alpha order.

Itouch 4th Generation won't update songs when i edit them through devices

Whenever i update songs on itunes from devices they wont update on the ipod itself just on the library list under devices and it will stay the same on the ipod as before i edited so i have to erase them edit them on itunes library and them drag them again into ipod i wanna be able to edit them withouth having to edit info in library and have to drag them also when i put an album artwork the same way the picture wont be on the ipod and it will skip the song as soon as it start i just got the ipod yesterday brand new?

This is normal and is how Apple handles photos.
There are NOT duplicate photos.
Just as a song is in your itunes library and you can access that exact same song from a playlist, all photos synced to iphone are in the photo library and those exact same photos (NOT duplicates) can be accessed from the individual albums.
It is working exactly as it should.
