HT4928 Cannot find my software purchases

Lion crashed when installing Mountain Lion...had to install a new hard drive and start fress. Installed, files transferred fine, but now need to reinstall Mac and PC software such as Keynote and Power Point...can't find these among my prior purchases at the App Store.
Where should I go to find these items?

The App Store will only show the prior purchases you have purchased from the App Store, and not ones that you had on a prior computer or which you purchased from a different location. Powerpoint is not available through the App Store so it will not be shown as a previous purchase. You will need to get copies of these purchases from elsewhere.
This same issue applies to Pages, Keynote, and Numbers if you purchased them outside of the Mac App Store.

Install then enter your serial number when prompted.

The receipt is only of use to B&H. Adobe will have no record of it.
If you quote an Adobe Lightroom serial number then Adobe can confirm if that serial number has ever been registered. That step should not be required at this stage though. Just install the software.

You can see (only) part of the registration number under Help>About Illustrator.
If you have registered it with Adobe (optional up to CS4), you should be able to see it on your products page

I have bought the ox s lion software from apple as a download some time ago and I have had no problems using it. However, I'm now trying to install it on another mac I have, but I cannot find the software on the original system. I have looked in every possible place for it and I am at a loss. Xcode cannot find the software image to install this version

I have a iPhone 5 with 6.1.3 version. So, I get the message "xcode cannot find the software image to install this version" when I have connected to Organizer.
Why? Xcode version is the lastest 4.6.2 Abril 2013.
How to update the xcode in order to have an updated image for my iPhone 5?

Builds fine and runs on iPhone simulator.
OS 10.5.4
XCode 3.1
iPhone 2.0
Is iPhone 3G supported?
Error message XCode when building to device.
"Your mobile device has encountered an unexpected error (0xE8000001)
during the install phase: Verifying application
Try disconnecting and powering off the device; then power the device on and reconnect it."

You are technically way ahead of me, so I can't argue with what you did.
How about an even simpler WiFi network consisting of only the AirPort connected by an Ethernet cable to the printer? If the iPad still can't find the printer when connected to this network, then something is broken!
(Also try a different Ethernet cable.)

Problem is the old/original computer no longer exists, so no idea where they are backed up,
all i have is original and freshly synced ipod (all good) and new mac with itunes (all good) BUT the video purchases do not seem to exist on either?

Cannot find necessary software

I have been trying to get my ipod nano to work for a week now. First my itunes was not recognizing my ipod. Then when I would go into my device manager or when I would install the new Hardware, it keeps coming up "can not find necessary software", and I get the message "device is not configured correctly" (code 1). I also have received the message of "Drivers are not insatlled" (code 28) and when I go to reinstall them I get that the computer can not find the necessary software, again. I have spent three days on the phone with apple and emachines and no one could give me any idea on what to do. I am about ready to give up. Can anyone help?

Hmm... There are posts here that suggest trying to connect your iPod to a Mac if you use Windows, or vice-versa. What that will do is at least get your iPod formatted and recognized by ANY computer. You can then bring back to your PC and try again. Plus, if you can successfully format/update your iPod on another computer, you can narrow your problem down to your PC rather than the iPod.

I'm using Nokia E5-00 for a while. Overall i'm very happy with the phone.
But few days back i accidentally delete the Applications\Installations folder (which is the folder where all the icons for new installed programs placed right after i installed them)
And now everytime i install a new program it said install succesfully but i cannot find it anywhere in the Menu icons.
Can you guys help to advise what i need to do in order to see the newly installed apps ?

Wow, I didn't know you could delete it. What happens if you try making a new "Applications" folder manually (Options -> New Folder)?

I am trying to setup my Canon DR-4010C scanner to my office Mac's and cannot find driver software any ideas?

I have multiple i Macs and MacBooks using Lion OX. I.T. tells me that the Cannon DR-4010C is not compatible with Mac's, I find that hard to believe it can't be done.

Your IT department is correct. Canon never released scanner drivers for Mac OS X for this model. And before someone chips in and says to use Vuescan or SANE, these will not work either.
So, if you must use the Mac's, then your only option would be to install Windows XP, Vista or 7 in a VM or Bootcamp on the Mac.

Downloaded new itunes version, backed up my ipad onto it. installed new 5.0 ios and my music on itunes seems to be overriden with my burnt music on my pc. i cannot find my music purchased on ipad in itunes now

Everything went well except my music i purchased on my ipad is no longer showing in itunes, the music that was on my pc was transferred to it (which i do not want on my ipad). Open iTunes, go to the iTunes Store, and then go to Purchased on the right hand side under Music Quick Links.
You can re-download all the songs, apps, or books you have previously purchased.
I'm not sure if this is a requirement, but just in case, make sure you download the latest version of iTunes (v10.3) too.
