No, Apple will always maintain the fact that you bought the app in your purchase history. You can't not have bought it.

No, you can stop using the account, but you cannot delete it.

What do you mean? They do show in the Purchased items in iTunes. Click on the three little dots ... to the right of the last icon showing in the top left to get the list of other iTunes categories (like books). Click on Books, and then on Purchased:

Is there a way to permanetly delete an app from Mac App Store Purchases, (not just hide it)?

The latest Apple update allows you to hide purchases in iTunes and Mac App Store. But to no avail am I able to find a way to permanetly delete Mac App Store Apps from the my account purchases.

hiding a purchase doesnt do the job because it makes it harder to orgenzie your apps when u want to download all apps to your computer you get the hidden ones too

and again u fined your self spending too much time delleting unwanted apps because you dont want your itunes to b a mass

I want to remove a toolbar from my computer, a fuze toolbar that I already did a search of then removed it but it didn't work so I uninstalled the fuze software but it is still there...

If you mean the Vuze toolbar, try their forum http://forum.vuze.com/thread.jspa?messageID=185472 and you will see the uninstall discussions. From what I can see Vuze is where you got it and it is the ASK toolbar. Checkout these forums an you will see many answers to your problem.

I have two icloud accounts and I want to delete one and have the one across all my devices, however, I have tried a number of times, I have deauthorised all my computers on the old icloud/apple account, yet every time I log back onto my main compputer, the old account comes up. You can't delete an iCloud account. You can, however, sign out of that account and just stop using it. Then sign in to your second account on all devices account.

Apple IDs cannot be merged. You should use your preferred Apple ID from now on, but you can still access your purchased items such as music, movies, or software using your other Apple IDs.

If you're talking about deleting (as opposed to closing) an app, you do it just like on previous versions; hold until jiggle, press red X. If they're jiggling but you're not seeing the X, you may need to check your Restrictions. Some apps (Apple included) can't be deleted.

If i understd u properly
U have 1 multiprov on top of 2 basic cubes
and 1 cube has loaded data doubled ... right ??
if its the case ... if u know the reqst(double data reqst) u can delete that reqst @ Cube manage
it will not affect another cube or multi prov...
multiprov will not have physical data..

The list you saw that shows what drivers are available from Apple Software Update is based on what drivers are supplied by the vendor to Apple. So it would appear that HP has not provided Apple with a scanner driver for 10.9 (known as an ICA driver), or provided an update if one was available for a previous version of OS X, so that you can scan from Image Capture.
I checked the HP web site for your model and they don't show any scanner driver or scanning software. If there was a scanner driver, you would be able to use Vuescan.
As for the Scan button not working, the following is documented by HP
Scanning to the computer from the printer control panel is not available when you scan with Preview, Image Capture, or Printer browser methods. You must use HP Scan software to scan from the printer.
But there does not appear to be any version of HP Scan software available for 10.9. So unless someone else has some workaround, it seems that you won't be able to scan with this model of HP.

If you have two displays attached, then the function to change from mirrored to extended Desktop will appear in System Prefs/Displays.
