HT4943 I was charged a fee for a magazine for which I had a subscription. How do I dispute the charge to get a refund?
How do I get a refund? I have a subscription to the Men's Health magazine, and went to download the new issue, but instead was charged twice for the new magazine and for re-downloading a previous issue, which was covered by my subscription.

Log into your iTunes account, then click on previous purchases then select the purchased app and then click report a problem. Then write and explain your problem and I am sure it will be considered.
Also change your iTunes password as soon as possible. -
I was not aware of the automatic renewal of subscriptions and was charged on 4/27 for another year of The Daily. How do I cancel the suscription and get reinbursed? I have now shut off automtatic renewals. It would have been nice to know it was there to begin with!
Edge has very clear restrictions, one being that you must have 6 months of clean payment history which you don't. Either wait until April 14, or good luck at Sprint.
I am unsure how it can be determined the payment mix up was the fault of CS, but regardless, the mix up was done. There can be any number of reasons why a payment could be missed without any fault on your part, however you are still the responsible party for the account and must live with the repercussions. -
I try to down load some app... But said that I have to read the new term on iTunes and agree. So by the time I get to the end of the term there was no agree thing for me to agree on. How can I fix that. Thank you for ur help.

I bought an LG phone and a $35 dollar plan card. Less than a week later it said I was out of time for texts. Apparently it only gave me minutes, not the plan I wanted. Is there any way I can get the plan without paying again?
So you bought a plan and used it all and want another one for free? I understand you thought it had more texts or whatnot but they won't do that since you already used the other plan.

I have been using Elements 12 without a problem for 9 months. Now when I try to open the program, I get an error message "Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 quit unexpectedly" and it will not open at all. What can I do to open the program?
Thank you for responding. Nothing actually worked! After reading the posts online, I called Apple. They indicated they have seen problems with some software after their upgrades. The technician was able to fix the problem on my computer remotely, but I have no clue what he did! But, it was definitely related to their recent upgrade to my computer.

I own fully paid for license for a Mac version of Dreamweaver cs6. Every time I click to open the app, and before I can start using CS6, I get a very annoying pop-up message (see screen shot below) that states I have a trial version and do I want to buy into the cloud version, which I don't. How do I stop the pop-up? This message seems to originate from the Extension Manager.
I tried trashing Extension Manager, but another annoying pops-up which states that I have to "reinstall the application manager". Of course, there is no such thing as a "application manager" that I can find. I guess it should be "extension manager".
I no longer own Photoshop because there are so many great alternatives available. Can't wait to do the same with Dreamweaver.
Adobe can't even get the correct cost. I'm an US Customer however they quote the Creative Cloud in Euros. Go figure........I have faced this problem in the past. In my case, I had Adobe registered under two separate ID. One when a student and the second as a regular employed individual. Because I purchased the licensed while at the University, the registration was listed under the school id. So, when I login in Adobe using my regular ID, I then received the annoying marketing campaign add.
Therefore, review that you have enter the correct id during loging. IT is possible that you login to the community as one ID but purchased the subscription using a separate user name. In these cases, the computer will not know that you already have a paying license. -
I have Time Machine that I used to back up my old computer. It was running snow leopard. My MacBook died, so I got a new one which is running Lion. how can I restore the data from the time capsule to my new Mac?

iTunes does prompt when it is going to erase a device, and the message is clear.
She said in her message that she was able to successfully sync the old ipad. This indicated to me that itunes wiping the data was not an issue, because either it had been setup at the apple store (in which case it doesn't actually wipe the ipad despite saying it will*) (*based on a single case I saw), or because the itunes media folder was migrated.
Furthermore, my solution was to tell her how to backup her ipad (by either doing it manually, or as a last resort, by deleting the corrupt backup -- that she couldn't access anyway.)
I got that last part of the instructions from the "Taking Control of your iphone" book which I found samples of when I did a google search for "corrupted backup itunes".
She marked this as a solution, so it worked for her. -

View Solution.You know, this is just a thought. I'm not sure the differences between the iq526 and iq770, but as I was looking around I found this article. I don't know if it'll help, but you might want to take a look. Evidently someone figured out how to use the HP touchsmart as an external monitor for his Dell laptop.

Will customers who purchased an iMac after the 1st October get a refund on iWorks which was purchased at the same time?
As the titile says. I purchased an iMac on the 4th October and added pages, keynote and numbers to the purchase. Now I find out if I didn't purchase them I would have them free anyway (and to make it more annoying I haven't even used the apps yet so have had no use out of them until this point). I know Apple gave refunds for the same situation on iOS iWorks in September.There is an up-to-date program for those who purchased new Macs after October 1.

Both my iPod and my MacBookPro connect with my home Wi-Fi but my iPad will not even after entering the passcode. I have tried Full shutdown and tried other Wi-Fi's for which I had the correct passcode. My iPad would not connect. Any suggestions?
Hi! I am having the same problem. What's odd is that a few days ago- the ipad was connecting to the network fine. No changes made. Other devices can connect to this network. I have also been able to connect my ipad to other networks.
I have reset all network settings, reset my ipad, reset the router, hard stop reboot, turn on/off wifi connection. what's interesting is that when i click the arrow next to the network i am trying to log onto- the ip address, router, and dns numbers come up automatically and the router number does not fill in (also- this process takes a long time- at least 5 minutes).
any thoughts? -
