My iphone won"t open. There is a message on the screen that states that iphone is not backed up. when I click the ok button nothing happens. It was workin until today.
By "open", I think you mean you cannot unlock your iPhone.

Hi everyone, I had this problem but none of the solutions above worked. What happened with me, and with others in other forums, is that a particular thread or message was causing the problem. I'd go to open the message and all I'd get was a white screen with the blue bar at the top. So, I went into contacts, pressed 'send message' to a contact whose message wasn't causing the problem, then I pressed back to messages. You then swipe to the left on the thread that's causing the problem, and delete it. Sadly this means you will lose all that person's messages, but you can try opening it from there and deleting it on the thread. Didn't work for me though. Hope that helps! It was the only thing that worked for me after about three days of total frustration and resetting!

Im trying to restore my iphone 3GS as i am giving it to my dad. When I hit the restore button when connected to my PC and itunes it takes me to my documents folder and asks for a filename. Thank you for providing so much detail about the issue you are experiencing with the iTunes Store.
The first thing I recommend is quitting and relaunching the applications on your iPhone:
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.

If you are still seeing the same issue after quitting and relaunching the iTunes Store, I recommend restarting your phone and then resetting if it's still not working:
Restarting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Note: Reset your device only if you are unable to restart it.
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

When I hit the Connect button on my droid phone a message comes up that says" Cannot Setup Sync " instead of giving me the 3 lines of codes I need to enter into my Desktop Computer.. Thanks, JoeThe Cannot Setup Sync message indicates that you don't have internet access. Check that you can get your phone online (3g or wifi) and then try to connect again.

Trying to connect my iphone 5 with my desktop MAC via bluetooth. Everything seems to be working fine when pairing them up. I get the code on both the computer and the phone but when I hit the final pairing button i get an unsuccessful pairing issue. Any ideas

I like to have my home button restore multiple tabs for me. Sometimes I close some of the default tabs or they move from their default pages. Based on my experience with internet explorer I first select the left most tab and then hit the home button. It restores all saved tabs in the default. With Firefox is always opens brand new tabs and moves the existing ones to the right. Is there a setting to make it not open all new tabs.
That's the way the Homepage button works in Firefox, it reloads one tabbed homepage and opens all the rest of your homepages in new Tabs, appending the Tabs that are already open.
IIRC, the TabMix Plus extension has an option to reload your Homepages in existing tabs. -
I have opened the iPhoto First Aid window. When I press the repair button for the repair permissions operation, nothing happens but my iphoto opens at the place I have been stuck since July 3. What do I do now.

First off, try a reset of the phone. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. After the phone restarts, see if the problem persists.

I am having problem with my Itunes 64-bit. The help button is not working. I also have an error message, that I am not connected to the website. I have good connection. My Home sharing error (-2146893032) and my network connection error (0X80090318). I have Windows 7 OS Home Premium. Model Dell Inspiron560S. Pentium(R) Dual Core CPU E5400 @2.70GHz. (Ram) 4.00GB. I removed the Itunes 32-bit and replaced 64-bit according to apple support page.
Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

Just downloaded firefox for the first time. I'm stuck on the verify step of the sync process.
I'm using aol desktop software on Windows 7. AOL won't let me copy the url behind the verify button to another browser, and it won't open the firefox accounts window when I click on verify (the tab opens, but the window stays blank....refresh does not help). I'm stuck.
I do not use outlook on this computer.This is happening to me too. Every time I try to resend the verification email it does not work either. I am filing a bug.
