I'm trying to restore my IPhone and it keeps telling me to connect to ITunes but when I do that it says enter in my passcode.... I can't remember my passcode and it won't allow me to do it anyway... HELP

Under product categories choose iTunes
Then iTunes store
Then account management
Press continue.
Now choose iTunes store security and answer the bullet questions and click continue.
Sign in with your appleid and press continue
Under contact options fill out the information and advise iTunes that you would like your security/challenge questions reset. Click send.
iTunes will respond to you within 24 hours by email.

I got a new computer. Had windows vista but now have windows 7. When I tried to purchase music, itunes wanted me to answer security questions but I don't remember my answers. I called Apple support and they said they can't help me. Does this mean I can't buy any more music in my account? Has anyone else had this problem?

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

I notice you are looking for solutions other than restoring, the article does outline how you can use iCloud's Find My iPhone:
If you have Find My iPhone enabled, you can use Remote Wipe to erase the contents of your device. If you have been using iCloud to back up, you may be able to restore the most recent backup to reset the passcode after the device has been erased.

If you don't got your password or your answer to your serect question you won't be able to access your old Blackberry ID
You've no choice but to create a new one ---> http://bbid.com make sure you keep your info save good luck!
