HT4970 when a reminder was created

A reminder was put on my iphone only I didn't put it there. Does anyone know how to tell when it happened? Is that tracked somewhere in the iphone or icloud?

What does the reminder say? Is it possible you are using an Exchange account? If you are, then the Outlook to do list is synced to Reminders.
Can you provide any more insight into this other than I didn't put it there?

just a quick query; I received a photo in Gmail earlier and would like to know when the photo was created, if I download it from Gmail and chose 'get info' it states the device used to capture it etc(iphone5) but says it was created at the download point. How to see when SR Escalation was created in the Audit Trail

We have an FDA requirement that the Oracle SR audit trail show when an escalation was created and closed. The audit trail doesn't show this currently in our system. Looking for a way to make this appear in the audit trail.
We need to be able to provide a single audit trail through the forms (reports are not acceptable) that shows all SR details (as standard functionality) along with when the escalation was created and de-escalated (or closed)
Any ideas using 11.5.10.2?

I tried to delete the extension, in the Log tab, I only got one error which is:
Table CI_EEW_ORDERADM_H can't be created with package $TMP
Seems like the deletion process tried to change the structure CI_EEW_ORDERADM_H.
I checked this structure, there is already a field added by other developer, but this structure is apparently in another z-package.
So what I should do now?

You can get the creation date & the last modified date in Finder using Get Info or selecting the file in column view or list view.

Problem - Alerts on iPhone when event/reminder is created in iCal

Preamble:
MBP 2011 (early) on latest update of Lion
Subscription to iCloud (recently updated from MobileMe)
iPhone4 iOS5
Here's the scenario:
I create an event or reminder in iCal (on MBP) and set the alert settings to 'message' or 'message with sound' and select an appropriate date and time. The 'calendar' is set to iCloud>Home (in order to ensure it syncs with iPhone). Date and time come along and, so long as the MBP is turned on, the alert pops up on the screen - no problem.
Go over to iPhone - no alert pops up at the appropriate time. Open Cal and/or Reminders and there the event is, event also appears in the Notification Centre.
Problem:
Why does the iPhone not alert me of events that are generated in this way? If I create the event on the iPhone itself then it does alert me with no problem.
Workaround:
Set the original event alert to email and you get an email on the iPhone alerting you - however this is a little clunky and not the slick workflow that one might expect from apple.
Question:
Is there a solution to this?
P.S. Apologies if this is a double post, I have hunted round for an answer and there are a few threads of this nature but none of them were quite on the money.

i also should've mentioned that my calendars don't show in Mobile Me either. The headings do but for some reason there are no entries visible.

YAY! I'm so glad you found it! And I learned something new tonight as well I'm pretty sure the Mac I used back in the day was one of those 512K memory boys..... As you undoubtedly saw, I use a PC for work exclusively, but I soooooo prefer my Mac.
I pretty much use only Word and Excel rather than Pages and Numbers on my Mac, becuase that is what I use all day on my PC. I do like Pages for doing more creative stuff though.
Late? This is early for me (as my fellow Community Members will attest to). Although I'm going to logoff soon, I am often doing this at 1 or 2 in the morning....kind of scary, isn't it?

Your current color settings discard CMYK profiles in linked content but profiles were set to be honoured when this document was created

So this dialog has been bugging me for years! Yes, YEARS! Could never get rid of it. Tried deleting Ai Color prefs file etc etc nothing. It pops up even when there's no linked content on ALL .ai files regardless.
I always have "Convert to working space" for both RGB and CMYK on and unchecked missing profiles/mismatch when opening.
Would love if someone could shed some light as I have an unusual amount of files to go through this week and it's pretty annoying to have to hit enter overtime I open a file.

That means that the Illustrator document has an embedded profile.
If you want to get rid of the message, go to your Color Settings > Color Management Policies > CMYK and change that to: Preserve Embedded Profiles.

You were prompted for a password the first time you backed up after checking "Encrypt backup". It has been using the same password ever since. If you have a corporate MS Exchange account on the phone and the administrator required the phone to be encrypted then that also resulted in the backup being encrypted, but again you would have been prompted for a password the first time you backed up after installing the Exchange account. So think back and start trying passwords that you might have used in response to a password prompt at that time, especially if you didn't read the request carefully.

In an annual publication (which printed last year perfectly) two letters (ci) defaulted to ã when the pdf was created.
The document was created in CS3 Indesign. Saved as a pdf for print. Same font - last year perfect, this year major problem.

Sounds like you have two different versons of the font involved (OpenType vs TT or PS) or a problem with ligatures.

I can't open a file in OS 922 that was created in OS X.

The web-pages I downloaded while in OS X (and stored in the HD) appear blank, (white, no logo) when I am booted in OS 922. When I try to open them, I receive a message "Sorry, could not open because the application that created it could not be found".
So OS 922 cannot find an application (in this case do they mean Safari or OSX ?) that created the file. Sounds logical since OS X didn't exist when OS 922 was created. And Safari neither I think (if that plays any role)
Question: does the Internet connection (Internet Explorer vs. Safari play any role ?)
I have no problem whatsoever with files downloaded with Internet Explorer (5.1.6 or previous versions I had). Or from OS 9.0.4 to 9.2.2.
Nor do I with photos (even with Safari and OS X) .
Only web-pages and documents (including TextEdit) done with OS X. And not all files but half of them.

OS 9's Finder uses File Type and Creator codes embedded in files to determine how the file should be handled - what program to use to open it, and how that program should process the file.
OSX uses filename extensions rather than File Type and Creator codes.
As a result, it is not uncommon for a file created in an OSX environment to be displayed as a generic unknown-type document when the machine is booted to OS 9; and for Finder to not know how to handle it when it is double-clicked.
If you know that a certain program in OS 9 should be able to open a file, try dropping that file onto the icon for that program (or on an alias to that program) - some programs are capable of trying to open a file done that way; others won't even try.
In most cases, a file created by an OSX app will not be openable by an OS 9 app - this is understandable, given that newer programs often use more advanced formats than older ones, even versions of the same program.
If you know that you will be transporting a file from OSX to OS 9, try saving it in a form accessible by OS 9 - many programs will offer a list of alternate file formats when you do a Save As of the file, or (in some cases) an Export of it.

It certainly can. If Safari saves a file in a proprietary format, then IE will probably not be able to open it. However, a file saved in plain html should be openable by most any browser.
You might experiment with the settings in OS 9's File Exchange control panel, particularly the ones listed under PC Exchange. Adjusting some of these, or creating new linkages, may allow OS 9 to handle files which are openable by your OS 9 programs, but which are not identifiable by Finder.

Copy values when new action is created

In ERP with SAPgui there was nice feature : when one document was created with reference most data were copied (and in customizing it was possible to set what exactly should be copied).
In CRM Webclient UI I have following problem:
1. If I check in WebClient customer contact and I go to assignment block "Planned Activities" and click on NEW button
2 I create a new appointment.
3. Some data (like Contact) are filled but some are missing (like Account for which Contact was created).
I would like to have "Account" information automatically taken from Contact (if contact has reference to account).
I don't think its something to be customized (SPRO), but rather to be developed for UI component.
When I searched for a solution I found this topic:

Could anybody confirm the correct approach to have some values populated when something is created with reference (like described in this example).

First of all you should know that to determine the "ATTENDEES", the system runs through the following steps:
1) Read all partners of the business transaction.
2) Keep those BP with a partner function assigned to partner function category 0005, 0007, 0008, 0010 or 0032. You can see it in method ATTENDEES of class CL_CRM_PARTNER_RUN_BTIL.
3) Also you should know that assignment of partner function to partner function category is done in the following IMG:
SPRO >> CRM >> Basic functions >> Partner processing >> Define partner function.
Now according to me, you certainly have a problem with your partner determination procedure: there must be a partner function (linked to one of the category mentioned above) for which you forgot to set a value in "maximum number of occurrences".
Moreover, I think there is a limitation in CRM versions below 7.0: meaning no popup window is displayed to ask the user to choose which partner they want to select in case more than the max number value are found. For example: imagine you set the maximum number of allowed contact person in one document to 5, but 10 are found, the system will automatically select the first 5th for you...

the field PAnnnn-AEDTM, nnnn is the infotype number, will give you the date when the record was last changed.
Not sure if you can precisely get the date when the infotype was created. I dont feel the need to read cluster form the same.
