Won't like to what? Are you saying you can't access your camera roll from the Instagram app? Check Settings>Privacy>Photos and make sure Instagram is set to "On". You can't use the share button from a photo in your camera roll to post a picture to Instagram if that's what you're trying to do. That's not a feature of iOS.

IPhone 4 problems? I'm having a ton of problems with my IPhone. Help?

I'm having a ton of problems with my iPhone 4 running iOS 6.1.3. Yesterday, I accidentally added a keyboard shortcut that was extremely long and it screwed up my iPhone. For one, the keyboard section of settings would take forever to open, and when it did open and I tried to delete the shortcut, my phone would restart and when I got back, the shortcut was still there. So I reset my phone. 7 times. And it still didn't work. I finally ended up using find my iPhone to erase it and then it worked. The shortcuts were gone and my phone stopped randomly restarting every 5 minutes. But when I got home, I plugged it into iTunes to get all my music an photos back on. I set it up as a new phone. After it was done syncing, I changed the name to the name of what it was before I reset it for the first time. Then, all of the sudden, it started crashing again. Sure enough, the shortcuts were there again. How do I get my music and photos back on my phone without the keyboard shortcuts being added back on? BTW, my songs are all off of CDs so I can't just re download them from the iTunes Store.

It sounds like you restored it with your backup because the shorcuts were back on there. Restore again, as new without your backup. They sync your media back on.

Hi. I would really appreciate if someone could help me find a way to solve my problem. I bought a second hand iphone4 from my friend's friend. I fully trust my friend coz she said this iphone is working but it was handed to her lowbat so i get home i recharge it immediately and after charging it, i open and it shows to select language and country and i did select. After this it shows on the screen "Connect to itunes". Then i plug it in to my laptop and connect to itunes. It shows in my itunes " There is a problem with your iphone". HT1695 Cant Connect To Wifi With Case Iphone 5

I just got a case in the mail today for my iphone 5 and noticed right away that it wont access my wifi with it on. As soon as I remove it I can instantly connect to wifi. Very disappointed.
The case is just a thin slip over. Nothing big and bulky.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Its plastic with a thin sliver of aluminum on the back. The back of the phone is metal, so that shouldnt matter, right?

I bought an iMac few days ago. I would like to sync ical on my iMac with my professional calendar I use in my company (from outlook web access).
I was easy to manage it on my iPhone (I just add a new "exchange" mail account and ask for a calendar sync only) and it worked very quickly.
But I cannot do it with the iMac, and I don't undersatnd why?
the domain is is used for my iPhone is the following :

I tried all the solutions I found in this forum but it doesn't work.

Trouble connecting to LTE with the iPhone 5, Help??

Just got the iPhone 5 with Telus and having a problem with the LTE, i live in the GTA and my phone is only getting 3G reception, even though i have LTE enabled, i have tryed resetting the network, but nothing. Sometimes i will get the LTE others only 3G. Is there a way to fix this so i get LTE all the time

Problems with new iPhone 5S HELP!!!

Hi so i recently got the new iPhone 5s. I have been experincing problems since two weeks after purchase. People have problem hearing me during phone cals not network also on facetime i have tried holding the phone in numerous postion with tierdless effort but no result also the phone itslef get burning hot whilst playing the simplest of games like candy crush and no its not because i play it for hours on ends it gets a such a temprature after 3 minutes of use. I recently attempted to purchase infintey blade 3 it couldent complete the download because i have used up the capacity and then a notficaton pops up on my lock screen saying 'you have used up all your storage' it has been only a month and couple of weeks how can this happen with only 72 apps 132 songs and i have used up the suposed capacity 12.9gb what should do?

Stressed with my iPhone, please help

A few weeks ago I did a system update on my 3Gs iPhone and ever since then it keeps switching itself off. Ive made 2 phone calls this morning and the phone switched itself off about 7 times!!! needless to say I was not a happy bunny. I love my iPhone but this is ridiculus. Is anyone else having this problem?

Try resetting your iPhone by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
If that doesn't work, try a Restore with your backup.
If that doesn't work, try a Restore as new, i.e. without your backup.

First try rebooting your phone: hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time, and continue to hold them down until the Silver Apple appears. Once your Home screen redisplays, try to connect again and see if all is well.
If it isn't:
Reset your Network Settings and try again:
Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
You will have to put in your Wifi password again, so make sure you know what it is before doing this.
