HT4972 what if have to update on another computer but cant sync back after!! how do i get back apps etc?
Need to update iPhone; have backed up but that will not protect apps etc. cant sync with own original computer; how do I keep Apps or am I simply being shafted into losing it all.
If you are permanently moving to a new computer copy your entire iTunes folder from your old computer to your new one (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT45270) as well as any synced content not in your iTunes library such as photos, calendar and contacts. While on Safari I was into my Facebook account. I checked off something, not sure what the **** it was, but it immediately shut down my Facebook. I'm able to access FB when on another computer or my guest acct. How do I get into my FB acct on Safari again? Each time I type in "facebook", it will not load.
From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab.
Click Details then type facebook in the search field then remove all facebook related items.
Now empty the Safari cache. Press Command + Option + E on your keyboard.
Quit and relaunch Safari. Try accessing your Facebook page.
If that didn't help, click History from the Safari menu bar then click Clear History.
Quit and relaunch Safari and try Facebook again. -

You must configure to sync only the specific items you want on your iPod by enabling the necessary settings from under the iPod's Summary and Music tabs. Perhaps this article can provide more information and assistance.

I have a new macbook pro running lion and want to update to ios 5 on my ipod touch. My old macbook only has 10.4.11 and can't be updated to lion - and won't update my ipod touch to ios 5. But the message on my new macbook pro says I have to update on the computer I normally use for syncing or my music will be lost. Is there any solution for this?
try exporting your iTunes libary from the old computer to the new one

hi, please help i have just tried updating the software on my phone and it says it has gone into recovery mode and it wants to reset it - how do i get it out of this without losing everything?
If the iPhone is in recovery mode, everything is already gone. Restore from
iCloud or your back up. -

I seem to have 2 ITunes accounts on my computer but cant sync with my i phone
I seem to have 2 itunes downloaded on to my computer with different emails and passwords.
I tried to delete/uninstall one but i am getting myself in a muddle.
I thought i had done it until i connected my ihphone and it was saying there was an error and could not connect.
Can i uninstall everything and start again??

KathIs this a problem will all purchases from iTunes, or just in-app purchases? You can "test" all purchases by downloading a free app from the app store.
If it is just in-app purchases that are a problem go to Settings/General/Restrictions and make sure that in-app purchases are not restricted. -
Trying to access my purchased music from another computer but cant access it.

i am getting this error when no other user connected to same data base and only one session is opened.
i am getting this error under below case.
there are 3 fields in a multiple record block.
field 1 will have the total amount.in field 2 i user can enter the percentage.and field 3 will be populated
as field 1 * field 2 /100. if user changes field 3 it back update the field 2 as field3 * 100/field 1.
there is a POST in when-new-record-instance.
the above error comes when i navigate to second record
and try to come bk and change the values in 1st record.
if any one faced this problem or have any idea of it
