HT4990 What if I want the card to arrive on a particular day?
I am using the Cards application, and I really like it, but I want the cards to arrive on a specific day. Can you do that?
To the best of my knowledge, there is no way to specify that a card will arrive on a given day. Due to the vaguaries of the postal systems, I don't think that would be possible. The FAQ for Cards says that Cards mailed within the United States should arrive within 5 to 7 business days from the time the order is placed. Cards mailed internationally should arrive within 9 to 16 business days.

In preferences set up your import settings, then right click on the tracks you need in a different format and use Create < Format> Version. New copies will be created in the target format.

Does anyone know what's up with the iPhone 4s' battery life? Some days it last a long time and other days it drains extremely fast.
Not to point out the obvious, but battery life depends very much on what is running and how much the device is being used.
If the battery lasts longer on a day you make no phone calls, but lasts less the day you make 5 hour long calls, this is to be expected.
If however the iPhone has the same level of use on both days, with different power consumption, this would infer a background process (or App) is trying to do something (connecting to server or creating a back up etc).
I switched off all thrid party apps from being included in my iCloud backup, which saves a huge amount of space on the cloud and allows the back up to take barely a couple of minutes.
Battery life seems ok so far on my 64GB 4S (Bluetooth on, Wi-Fi on, Location Services on, Push notifications on, Screen set to just under half brightness with Auto Adjust on) -
Sometimes when I type fractions they remain full size, other times they automatically reduce to a smaller format. How do I control what my fraction looks like?
Fractions can be found as characters (glyphs) in Unicode fonts. You would need to set the auto-substitution in Pages' preferences to auto substitute to the correct Special characters in Unicode found in:
Menu > Edit > Special Characters…

What if I want the Report Header on every page?
Is there a way to tell Report Builder to have the main report header show up on every page in CF Report Builder 9? There doesn't seem to be any property in the property viewer when you select the main header that tells it to do that. The secondary header shows on every page but I can't seem to find anything in that set of properties that is set any different than the main header section is.
Any help would be appreciated.

Add another good card and delete the old one, Yu can also purchase and redeem an iTunes gift card and hthen delee the bad credit card. Yu need a valid payment method for update as well even purchasing free apps if the account was set up with a credit card.

First, please be aware that you are not communicating with Apple when you post in these forums. The only people who will reply to your posts are we your fellow users. iTunes Support will never respond to posts made here.
As to your issue, confirm with your bank that they do not block access from on-line services or otherwise have restrictions on with whom a card can be used. For some company cards, such blocks can be set up. If you confirm that no such restrictions are in place, post back and we'll go from there.

Please someone HELP!!!!!! I can't get my old card off iTunes acct,keeps saying billing issue ..well the card was cancelled bc it was stolen..and they will not let me delete it they want a NEW CARD ON FILE..NO I NOW KNOW I DON'T NEED A CREDIT CARD FOR THE FREE APPS ECT. SO WHAT'S THE PROBLEM.?I did my daughters w.o. Credit card but they won't let me have same option on iPad 1 I guess I should try from of but idk if it'll make difference,also they apple won't let me update any of my apps..WTH? And one more question how do I take ( uninstall app/ games ) from iPad? I got free games from app store and after three levels u get into games then they want u to purchase the rest of the game? Dammm no more..idk how to take these games off my iPad don't want them ain't paying to finish games...thanks anyone who can help!!!OHH

Someone is using iturnes with my credit card without my permission and I want my credit card number removed. I've been trying to get this matter resolved for months. I've lost all patients with this matter. I want my credit card number removed from your business.

Since you don't say what resources and methods you've been attempting to get this matter resolved, it's difficult to offer suggestions. But if your credit card has been used without your permission, your primary recourse should be to your credit card company to report the unauthorized charges and have them issue you a new credit card. If your card has been compromised such as to make unauthorized charges on the iTunes Store, it's highly probably that it can be used elsewhere.
As to removing the card number from your iTunes Store account, see:

You should be able to change or remove the card information there. If not, go here:
iTunes Support
and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store, if you have not done so already. If you have, please post back with a summary of what they told you and perhaps someone can offer additional suggestions as to how to proceed.

No. That's not what I said. You can get an out of warranty replacement, which will be exactly the same model, color, and will be locked in exactly the same way the original is. If you want an iPhone 5, get the 4S replaced, sell it, and use the money to put toward a new phone.

Yes, your entire family can use one AppleID just for purchases in the iTunes and App Stores, then each of you can use your own unique AppleIDs for all other services (iCloud accounts, iMessage accounts and so on).
You can have as many AppleIDs as you wish (or have email addresses for), and you can use a different one for each service Apple offers, if you wished to.
By doing what you suggest, you also limit the number of AppleIDs with payment information associated with them, so there is only one single AppleID that can be compromised that way. Call the Apple Store and ask them what you should do if you want to purchase on line without a credit cart and without purchasing a gift card which seems to me would require a credit card.

For example I download a file and I click on it and there will sometimes be a window that opens saying what program I want to open the file with? And then it'll also have a check box saying if I want to use this program for all files I download. I can't change it when I download the file because that one file I keep downloading keeps crashing my Firefox and I have to force quit. It's really getting on my nerves. It's an online statement I'm trying to view and I want to get rid of that problem!! Is there anyway to change that option without going to that download page?
I would recommend going into device manager on your PC and making sure that you have correctly installed the IR dongle. Also what version of hotsync manager are you currently using?
