You make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple Store.
If it's the back glass that's cracked, it will cost you about $30 to get it repaired. If it's the screen, you're looking at $199 + tax for a replacement phone.

There are third-party firms that do repairs on iDevices, and there are places where you can order parts to DIY if you feel up to the task. Start with Google to search for these. -

I have poor/no service on my iphone 6 in places that I do have service on my old iphone 5. Takes 10 minutes to send text and webpages will not load but load within seconds on the iphone 5 and forget making a phone call. How do i resolve this issue??

I purchased three autobooks from itunes last weekend and after updating my ios to 7 they no longer appear. I looked at my purchse history and they are not showing in my purchase history. I do have the receipts for the charge. How do I restore these?

Itunes content is not incliuded in the backup that itunes performs.
Audiobooks are not part of icloud and cannot be redownloaded.
You can try contacting itunes support and asking for an exception. -
Why do I have mystery charges??!!
Hi I have been charged three seperate transactions on my credit card statement from itunes. I did not make these purchases and I have checked on my itunes purchase list and they do not appear. How or why did this happen? What can be done to prevent further false purchase transactions? I have already informed my credit card company.
Thanks :/If the charges are not reflected in the Purchase History, then it's most likely a fraudulent charge to your credit card directly rather than an unauthorized purchase through your iTunes Store account in which case it will be up to your bank to handle. I would, however, suggest that you change your password to your Apple ID, using one that will be difficult to guess, just as a precaution. You can also go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store, though if the false charges didn't come through them, there will be nothing they can do.

You will never be able to activate that phone without the proper credentials. Ask him to reset his Apple ID password as he has forgotten it. After he does that, you will need to turn off Find my iPhone on the phone before you restore it.

Can I give my iPhone 4S to the apple store to repair the rear end camera?
I bought an iPhone 4s from the flea market. I discovered that the rear camera is blurry/foggy. I searched the serial number online and it said that my warranty has NOT expired yet. Apple would not fix the camera they would replace the whole iPhone. If the iPhone has no physical or liquid damage and no unauthorised modifications or repairs then you will get a replacement free of charge under the warranty.

It sounds like you are wanting to update the Apps that were synced over from your computer to your new iPhone 5s. If you are clicking Updates in the App Store in the bottom right corner, would you mind clarifying what happens when you are trying to update them?

Got this iphone from my Ghananian friend.He forgot the email and password used to active the 4s iphone currently running on iOS 7.He did a restore using iTunes and now needs to be activated.Any idea?
The Apple ID and Password that was Originally used to Activate the iDevice is required
If you do not have that information you will not be able to use the Device.

I just got a Touch 32GB yesterday and ran into the same problem. I have two PCs in the house that I can sync my iPods on, but I normally use one that DOESN'T have an internet connection, so that the one that does is free for others to use ... a great argument and tension solution, btw.
Anyway, I hooked up the older "iTunes" PC to the net for a first-time sync with the Touch, and ran into this problem. First it kept detecting the Touch as an unidentified iPhone, then I couldn't sync my classic either. Then I found a post here about how when multiple USB ports running off same USB controller seem to screw with the Touch/iPhone syncing.
So I disconnected all but 2 of my USB 2.0 slots (the Touch & the Portable HD with my iTunes Library) and now it's working perfectly. I don't know if this will solve your problem, but it might be worth a try.
