Is it easy to replace an iPhone 4s myself, if the screen is cracked? Or how much would it be If I took it in to have a specialist fix it?

Recently my (3 months purchased) iphone 6 fell of my hand and the screen cracked. I got in contact with the official distributor in Greece (INFOQUEST, www.infoquest.gr) and they informed me that a screen replacement is not possible through their Service and additionally i have to pay 370,00 euro to get my Iphone 6 (64GB) replaced by a refurbished Iphone 6. And my question goes:
Why in other countries ex. USA the same replacement costs 109 USD and here in Greece it costs 370 euro? A small difference in pricing could of course be acceptable by the customer but this is way too much!!!
Please advise me what to do!!!

There are no warranty papers, never have been for iPhones.
Take the device to Apple, an Out of Warranty replacement is $229.
Warranty does not and has never covered damage. The device has suffered damage (cracked screen).

The warranty is not international. But a cracked screen is not covered by warranty. You can get the screen replaced in the US for $150 or an out of warranty replacement at a US Apple store. But you would have to do it in the US.
You can try at an Apple Store in Spain, but do not get your hopes up, as the policy is that you can only get service (warranty or out of warranty) in the country the phone was purchased in.

Physical damage such as a cracked screen is NOT covered by the iPhones 1 year limited warranty. What you can do is get it replaced as an out of warranty service due to accidental damage for a fee. Or if you are in the US some Apple Stores now do screen replacements but again this will cost you.

IPhone 6 plus screen replace

I've seen several websites selling the 6 plus LCD glass replacement, and then some that have the digitizer with it as well. Is it possible to buy JUST the LCD glass screen without the digitizer? My touch screen works fine, it's just the glass that is shattered. Any hope?

This is an apple sponsored forum. The iPhone is not user serviceable. Apple does NOT sell iPhone parts, including screens and batteries. The ONLY sources for parts are stolen parts, salvaged parts, and counterfeit parts. Not only does attempting to fix it yourself void the warranty, it forfeits all rights to service or support on that device. Ever.
If the DIY screen replacement doesn't work, Apple won't ever touch that phone again... For that matter, if it DOES work, Apple won't touch that phone if it ever needs service or support in the future.
