To replace your phone's screen costs $109US and I don't see why having Apple replace the screen would void your warranty.

It is entirely possible that the human you spoke with at Apple simply made a mistake. You do realize that humans make mistakes, correct?
Take the device back to the store along with any documents you have stating it is or is supposed to be unlocked and let them clear it up.
This all assumes the device was unlocked by the carrier and not some shady website or local electronics store.

Based on this issue, I have contacted Rogers. The procedure was very time consuming as I spent over 4 hours on the phone with multiple service reps, supervisors, and managers. This has cost me over $40 in long distance charges just for this phone call. In addition, they made me aware that I was sold an iPhone 4s that was locked to Rogers. Rogers charged me $57 for this unlock, and they said they could not waive this fee because it goes through apple. The typical procedure when apple sells locked phones, is that a replacement phone would be given to me free of charge by apple. I just do not understand why the service rep told me that the phone was unlocked, when actually the supervisor at Rogers confirmed that this device was originally locked to Rogers (traced from imei). I deserve compensation, and would like to hear a prompt response from apple with regards to this matter.

Apple does not fix, they replace, and damage like that is not covered by warranty. An out of warranty replacement is US $229. You might want to consider purchasing a case.

If you can access anything on the phone, then try a reset. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. If this doesn't help, then go to Settings, General, Reset, Erase all content and settings, and this will bring you back to the activation screen.

WiFi - internet works great. As soon as it's off, status bars showing a full signal, 3G but the web page/Facebook app/App Store just hangs and won't load.

I really need to take my iPhone in and get it replaced under the extended warranty but I don't know what they wll do if they dont have any iPhone 5 devices anymore. What will they do? Wil they tell me that i'm out of luck? Or will they make me pay for a new iPhone 5S?

If, in the very remote chance tehy don't have the correct iPhone 5 in stock, they will most likely have you wait until one is in stock, unless your issue is severe enough that your iPhone is unusable. In that case, they might, stress MIGHT, give you a comparable iPhone 5c. It is up to their discretion on how to handle such a situation, but they will have plenty of iPhone 5 units around for replacements for several year. Keep in mind that in the US Apple recently started their "trade-in program" so they have most liekly gotten a number of iPhone 5 units in that they are refurbishing for just such replacement "emergencies" if their current stock runs low...

I went to the Apple store as I was experiencing problems with my camera. The genius told me he knew the problem and I asked him, he said it was the camera. So he took it to the back and removed the camera. He took about 30 minutes, then he came back saying I have tampered with the device because a pin was damaged and there was some marking inside the phone. He was so arrogant and didn't actually want to help after and just kept saying he has finished his shift, he doesn't and just accused me and said he won't do anything.
I wouldn't tamper with the device and wouldn't even know how.
Has anyone had any similar experiences?

Bring the phone back to another Genius and see what they say.
If you don't like the way you were treated, call Apple customer relations.

Why in the world would I want to create an new Apple ID for everyone in my family & over complicate things?!? "Face Time" and "Messages" can tie several devices to on Apple ID driven by contact email or phone number. I am hard pressed to believe that Find my Friends can't be set up in a similar format.

I really think you should look at the deals from the UK networks with monthly contracts before you do self import.

You need to log out of iMessage and Facetime, make sure your number is correct in Settings/General/About, then log back in again to send a new activation request.
