My bad, it doesn't really give you the details that you were looking for.
For wifi - you would have to reenter the password. I'm not sure about celluar data.

IN the app store, the enter apple id screen just reappears again, like nothing is happening.
and in the apps, they just crash.

You need to delete those applications and then download them from the desired Apple ID. This may require repurchasing paid ones.

Phone said call failed and lost service now has barley any service

I was on the phone and the call failed and then told me I had no service and now has barley any service and im in a normally high sevice area.

And what have you done thus far to troubelshoot?

I am using Iphone 5. Since the last 3 weeks the phones has been acting weird. on dialling a call it get hung on disconnecting it stays on the call ending screen only. this happens for atleast 5 to 7 minutes and then it gets to normal

SInce the last 3 weeks the phones has been acting weird. on dialling a call it get hung on disconnecting it stays on the call ending screen only. this happens for atleast 5 to 7 minutes and then it gets to normal or the other way is to turn the device off and then turn it on. the phones also running slow and therefore at times becomes very cumbersome. a few of my friends have also been having the same problems.
I have taken the phone to the service outles but the best they did was to reboot the phone it works fine for a day or two but again the same issue.
Can anyone share any info on it?

I'm glad to hear that they replaced your phone. Any experience I have had with Apple customer service and/or Genius bar has been extremely positive. While I have had positive outcomes from trouble with other phones in the past, they are not as quick and friendly. I had a Motorola phone and a Samsung phone go bad several years ago and warranty work through AT&T required that I wait for a replacement unit and then mail back the original unit to keep from being charged for the device. This usually meant almost a week without a phone. Nice to walk into Apple and walk out with a replacement device. Enjoy your phone.

My ipad has connected to it not problem so doesnt make sense. Ive read that it could possibly be my phones wifi signal reciever may not be strong enough but on my handset it shows as full bars!!! Any ideas would be really appreciated.

I had this same problem with my new MBP 15", but only with the USB port on the left side. The USB port on the right side worked fine. Perhaps the ports on the left don't have enough signal energy for the iPhone.
Anyway, try using a different USB port, and if that doesn't work, perhaps you could try a powered USB hub.

Bring your phone and $199 to the Apple store for an out of warranty exchange of your phone. You clearly broke it when you dropped it.

Bad idea. There are no supported iPhone carriers in Iceland, thus some features may or may not work. Further, there will be no warranty or support for a US purchased iPhone in Iceland...your friend will be on their own. If you still want to go down this road, make sure you purchase an officially unlocked iPhone(GSM model) directly from Apple.
