you should starting with copying the iTunes folder from your old laptop to the new one.
the iTunes folder is in your user profile Music folder.
it should go to the same location on the new laptop.
Provided that you have your media, music and movies in the default location, and you sign in to your apple ID and authorize your new computer (all in iTunes)
you should have all intact.

You have to deactivate and uninstall on the old system and then reinstall on the new system. Whether it works depends on the Acrobat version (looks like you indicated AAX) and OS. The software not only loads files, but sets all sorts of registry entries that would take a lot of time to find. A playlist is, of course, just a listing of music tracks, or did you want to copy the music too? You do not transfer that from iPod to iPod, you synch the iPod to the same library used with the first one.

If you need to keep the app data, i would suggest making an icloud backup, then restoring from that backup onto the new phone
if you don't need to app data, you can transfer the purchases to itunes on a computer and sync them to your new phone, or you can just go on your new phone to app store > updates > purchased > then click the clouds next to each app to download them to the phone
