If the app is only available in the UK iTunes store and you are not in the UK, you cannot get it.

The ability to do that would depend on the type of email account that you have. If it is a POP account, it cannot be done. If it is an IMAP account, it should sync across devices automatically. If you are not sure what type of account it is, who is your email provider?

If all you are going to do is print double sided and them make
a single fold reducing the page to 8 1/2 x 11, one side of the
original 17 x 11 page will be page 4 on the left as you hold
the page facing you and page 1 on the right, reverse side
should be printed so top is same as top on the the first side
and will be page 2 to the left and page 3 to the right. Pick
up the double sided document with pages 2 and 3 facing you, fold
left edge to meet right edge; you should now have fold on the left
with page 1 facing up toward you, turn the page as you normally
would and pages 2 & 3 should be in order, and one more turn brings
you to page 4 and the fold should know be on the right. I hope this
explains clearly enough - if not, post back and some one should
join in with a better explanation.

Not fully au fait with iCloud. I don't use it. But if you have done a backup to iCloud then this might help. This reply will refresh your post thereby giving others an opportunity to comment. Do you have a TM backup or a clone? If so, erase the drive and restore with TM or clone back.
If not you'll have to reformat and re-install the OS that shipped with your Mac. If it shipped with Lion or ML you can do the restore from your Recovery Volume
EDIT: I assume you are saying that you just installed 10.8?

You can change/remove your rescue email address by (from here) :
    1.    Navigate to appleid.apple.com using your web browser.
    2.    Click "Manage your account"
    3.    When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
    4.    Click Password & Security
    5.    You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
    6.    After you've validated your identity by correctly answering your security questions, click Edit to the right of your rescue email address.
    7.    Once you've finished editing your rescue email address, click the Save button directly below the email field.
You should then be able to change your main email address to be that old rescue email address, and then old your current main address as your rescue email address (I'm not sure whether you will need to log and out and back in between each change)
