Can not get time to set right.

I have changed the info in /etc/rc.conf to UTC and US/Eastern, also Tried America/New_york, either way, it is at 4:00 A.M. and the other computer in my house is at 9:00 A.M. If anyone could help, I would greatly appreciate it.

I can't change my Apple ID. It would mess all my stuff up.

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone (if you're using iOS 7), then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

And, you are sure you have provided the correct username and password for you email account? I'm not familiar with Virgin media, so you might contact their tech support to find out why you are having a problem sending mail but none receiving mail. I assume your mail account has always been POP3 and not IMAP. Typically, the outgoing mail servers are not the same for the different types of account service.

Trying to set up a joomla test website - can't get beyond database set up.

Hi. I am new to Mac OSX server, and I purchased a mini with 10.6.3 server so that I could build and test some websites locally.
I am trying to install Joomla, and i can not get past the database configuration page.
I am new to Apache / MySQL / PHP / Unix etc... I used Navicat to "create" (I am also new to navicat) a database named Joomla. I also created a user in Navicat called testuser, and gave the user a password. I also THINK I gave that user all privledges. But when I select Next, the page does not give any warnings, it doesn't even seem to refresh, but I can't get anywhere beyond this. I am not even sure what logs to check for errors, or how to get beyond this point. Any advice? Did I not set something up that needs to be set up?

Joomla is easy to set up (install) once Mysql and PHP is properly set up. CMS (Content Management
System) websites are the way to go. I am migrating all my sites to CMS, either full CMS or Partial
CMS. The Server Guys (and Girls) can help you get it set up properly. If you don't want the hassle
of configuring MySql and PHP on your Mac, use the preconfigured MAMP setup:

I have Reader 11.0.0 being deployed via GPO and have created a MST file to silently install and Accept the EULA
Test GPO to set iCheckReader to 3 for 32 bit HKLM\Software\Adobe\Adobe ARM\1.0\ARM and 64 bit HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Adobe\Adobe ARM\1.0\ARM and set iLogLevel to 1

At a point before is I had the same log as techhit1 in the second troubleshooting link, Which seems that the ARM updater needed to be updated from 1.7.0 to 1.7.4.. but didn't want to go any further without first getting the LUAPatching set to enabled..
I feel even if i manage to get it set to enable I'll still be having the same issues as techhit1, and will still be stuck on implementing this, and instead have to just add the updated msp files to my deployed GPO.
But how do I get this LUAPatching set to enabled???!!?

Any thoughts? I was able to write a batch script that silently install the 11.0.03 msp file so that user are updated with prompting a UAC, however i don't want to have to write a new script everytime adobe comes out with an update, I'm sure future updates will installs like the orignal guide states it should once I get the UACPacthing enabled.
Since the script installed the latest reader update it also updated ARM to 1.7.4 which should make future auto updates work fine unless theres another update for the updater... uhhh

If the problem persists after you reboot as suggested by Ralph:
Trouble connecting usually means interference, or another WiFi on the same channel.
If you have any cordless phones, keyboards, or cameras, check what frequency they use.
From a MAC or Windows machine you can see what channel each of the available networks are using. Make sure your network is on a channel nobody else nearby is also using.

How can i get my wife set up in iTunes - Same computer

Hi guys
I'm trying to figure out the best way to get my wife set up using her own iTunes accounts.
She has an iPhone and iPad but her laptop is pretty rubbish so i set up a user account on my MBA for her. I use iTunes match under my account, under hers she just has a conventional iTunes Apple ID. As soon as we sign in it warns us any downloaded past purchases will prevent the other Apple ID associated with that computer from working for 90 days. I've read about this and understand there is nothing we can do.
But can we still use her own iTunes? How about if we sign out of her Apple ID in her iTunes. If she syncs her devices can she get her music on that way without these 90 day warnings? Or will we have to transfer purchases again? Will she be able to import CD's and sync to her devices or do we face the same problem?
This is pretty frustrating and it ***** no being able to have her own iTunes account on my computer. If the above works with syncing from device to computer, can you purchase everything on her devices and transfer from them?

I do have a seperate account for her on the OS - I still get the 1 Apple ID per device warning (we will lock you out for 90 days message).
We are in her own OS account in her own iTunes library. I wondered if i never sign in there, would we be able to manage her music on the same laptop i use for mine?
We will have to transfer purchases when syncing with her devices, but will this give us the same error about the 1 Apple ID per device?
If so that would be really bad, only way to do it is buy her a new laptop. Not good!
