Saw this on another post.
Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

Why can't I see my iTunes Store reviews? Are the artists having reviews moderated? It's been a week after writing a review on a few albums I purchased. I can see the reviews I've left when I view the settings in my iTunes account. The problem I'm having is that my vanity requires me knowing if people find my reviews to be helpful or useful - I actually put effort into some of my reviews. It would be nice to see feedback on the more critical reviews rather than seeing nothing but cult-followers of various artists leaving carpet-bomb 5-star reviews. It kinda diminishes the quality and legitimacy of iTune's recommendations as well as how they sort popular artists.

Well then it is somewhere on one of your Home pages or in a Folder:
Do a spotlight search to see if it accidently got moved into a Folder: Swipe down in the center of the screen to bring up the Spotlight search and type in iTunes. If it is in a folder, the folder name will show up to the right.
If it is not in a folder, but shows up on the Spotlight search, then you need to look at each Home screen to see if you can find where it got moved to.
Finally, you can go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout, which will reorganize all of your icons so that the original Apple core apps are on the first Home screen as they were originally. Of course, if you have a lot of app icons that you have set up on specific Home screens you would have to move them all back to where you wanted them. But that should put the iTunes icon back on the first Home screen.

Why can't I access the iTunes Store (iTunes 10.4.1)

Every time I launch the latest version of iTunes and click on iTunes Store, I get the error message "We could not complete your iTunes Store request. You do not have permission to access the requested resource." In smaller print it says "There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later."
Anybody else have this problem? Suggestions anyone?

I cannot access the itunes store although I can open itunes. It says I have a conflict but provides no details? No error message is provided? I have a windows 64 bit computer

Why can't I get the itunes store to open?

Why won't the itunes store open? It appears briefly, then the screen goes white. I can still access my music, see my gift card balance, and play my music. I just can't buy anything new, and it's making me CRAZY. I've tried everything...please HELP!?!?!?!

-1712 is a timed out error. One reported cause (with other applications) is that the application is attempting to open a large number of files, or a file that no longer exists.
Try holding down the shift key when launching preview. This prevents the application from attempting to open windows that were not closed before quitting the application.

I can't connect to iTunes store or ping. When I click iTunes Store it starts loading then stops halfway.
Is there any thing that can make this happen? like another program or something?

I'm having the exact same problem. Itunes worked perfectly until I did the upgrade. (I guess that's why the old saying always holds true, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" ) I've deleted itunes and reloaded several times and it's always the same issue. Even took down my firewall and virus protection to do the reload with no luck. I also found an older version of itunes and tried to load that one with no luck.
Some computer Guru please help us!

Sorry... But... You cannot use other countries itunes stores.
You must be within the Country with a Valid Billing Address and Credit Card for that Country to use the iTunes Store of that Country...
