When I updated iOS 7.0.4 ,my ipad2 is so slow....and 2 weeks ago,my iPad 2 is so difficult to join wifi???i don't know why....I tried to reset network settings,on & off wifi....but still unconnected....please help me to fix that...thank you....
Turn router off for 30 seconds and on again.
Does your iPad connect to other router/network.

ShelleyHow did you "try" to transfer this data? The only way to restore App data is by restoring from a backup that contains the App data, then syncing the Apps back to the phone. Emails are not included in any iPhone backup, only account settings.

Why can't I open and retrieve my files from iPhoto and my Address Book after importing the files from my Power Mac G5 to my new Mac Pro? I get a warning that says the new OS on my Pro doesn't open files from a Power Mac. Any idea how I can fix this?
For your addressbook, export the files to vCard on the PowerMac, then bring them over to your Mac Pro. For your iPhoto, copy the Users -> yourname -> Pictures folder to your Desktop on the Mac Pro, and open iPhoto on the Mac Pro holding the command and option keys. Select the library file from that Pictures folder and open it. It should import all the pictures into iPhoto as part of the rebuild process. Several times I've downloaded an album from iTunes to find that not all of the tracks were fully downloaded so that some of the tracks will skip to the next one (instead of finishing the song). Can anyone tell me why this happens and how I can fix it?
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the tracks and try redownloading fresh copies.
Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.) -

While shopping through my iTunes app my iPad shuts off, my ideas why and how I can fix it?
When I shop using the iTunes app for movies,tv shows etc... My iPad just inexplicably shuts off. Any ideas why or how I can stop this from happening?
Quit iTunes.
Use Disk Utility and select the drive if you can, then select Erase and the middle or security option zero all data option (will delete all data of course).
When that's finished, use iTunes to restore it.
That's how I fixed mine. Make sure it's charged up first, the Mac ports sometimes cut the power off. -

If I go to google news, it automatically lists local news for Chicago. If I go to any website that lets me look at local events, it pulls events for Chicago. Even Pepsi Refresh project, I clicked a button for "projects near me" and it pulls projects in Chicago. WHY?

Why do my apps suddenly stop? I have plenty of storage 2gb & up to date with OS. Apps like Facebook, eBay, Netflix, TV apps, etc stop.
WWhen watching tv apps the screen shots freeze and voice off timing with picture. Yet my iPhone works fine so not internet connection.

I've tried eveything to fix my iMessage and nothing is working. I can't even log onto my Apple ID. This only happened after the update and started occuring about an hour ago. Any idea on what's wrong and how to fix it?
Try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose any data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.

(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.
(You also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:
orange Firefox button ''or'' Tools menu > Options > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now")
(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first) using either of these:
While viewing a page on the site:
* right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
* Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
Then try reloading the page. Does that help? -
i've tried CTRL + T, clicking the + sign in the tab bar, and going to file + new tab. nothing has worked
The Ask Toolbar is causing that in the Firefox 3.6.13+ versions. Evidently something in that extension isn't compatible with a Firefox security fix. Disable that extension or un-install it.

Welcome to HP forum. Can you please tell us more about the problem. So we can get you up and running and wipe those tears away. HP Touchmarts take care of them selves but we need to use the right tools to fix them witch HP has provided for us. If it is the touch sensitivity no problem easy fix. Open up PC Help and Tool. Click on Touch Troubleshooter and run it. Now you have not posted yet. Is it the Touchsmart computer not starting up? Until then we can only guess. Please do worry everthing is repairable and can be fix. O.K.
