Problem 1, multiple iTunes accounts.
Problem 2, no access to the email associated with those accounts.
Creating a new iTunes account simply because your email address changed makes no logicla sense. Instead, update your iTunes account with the new information.
If you have no access to those email accounts, you can try contacting iTunes support to see if they can assist you.

You'll need the help of some sort of third party software such as CopyTrans or Phone to PC.

You can open the open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize" or via "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout" and drag the home button to where you want it to appear.

I have been using Aperture on such a system, and it was o.k. with Snowleopard and moderately sized images. After I upgraded to Lion and started to user larger image files - 30 MB tiffs, I saw the occasional beachball spinning. You should be prepared to quit other applications that will hog the RAM (like Safari), when working with Aperture on Lion or Mt. Lion with only 4 GB. If you can, follow Frank Caggiano's recommendation and upgrade to 8GB. It will make a large difference.

Prior to going you can rent and download them on your iPad via its iTunes store app, or rent and download them on your computer's iTunes and connect and your iPad and move them to it - they will go in the iPad's Videos app.
Some people have posted that they need to start playing rentals whilst they still have internet connection, so you may want to watch a few seconds prior to going offline - you have 24 hours if you are in the US, 48 hours elsewhere, after starting to watch a rental before it expires.
