HT5019 When I swipe between full screen app, the other screen follows
, can it just change the full screen app of the screen with the cursor?
when I swipe between full screen app, the other screen follows to a full screen app window with no applications (like a grey linen screen)
and I can't use that one properly yet I still want to use the full screen app without disturbing the other screen. (the left screen is grey)
Upgrade to 10.9, Done.

i configured the mouse to swipe between pages one of the best basic features from apple
and now OS x mavericks kills it. and i use force to stop a lot with this new update.
and Mavericks is going to feel more like Microsoft windows slow, annoying, no fun to work withI have the exact same problem. The mystery is that it happens everytime on my iMac and does not happen on my MacBook Air. Both are running the same versions of everything.

It's a Magic Mouse question. I have set this up in Preferences by ticking Swipe between pages with one finger and also Swipe between full-screen apps with two fingers, however when I try to do the latter, the 2 finger swipe will take me from the app that I am on to the dashboard only and not to my other open apps.
I also find that Smart zoom only works with some apps, for instance not with Word docs or email.
How can I correct this please?Just figured out it also does not work with the Mail app.

When I plug in my monitor using a thunderbolt to hdmi cable I would like to use my moitor as a second display, which i can do, but then when i switch between full screen apps on my mac it changes what i have on my monitor to a canvas background. Is there a way to fix the display on my monitor so that it will always be accesable?

This is how it "Should" work.
Each display should be treated as it own desktop. If you swipe on a desktop it should swipe through the hidden screens/displays. If your a user with multi displays connected to your Mac, you could have "Full Screen" Apps, Dashboard, Mission Control, and etc available to swipe on each of your connected displays.
Display 1...swipe, swipe... mouse over to Display 2... swipe swipe swipe... oh.. Display 3, swipe! All set for work or play!
This would be a well received "Feature" for the Worlds Most Advanced Operating System.

I have seen apps (like MPlayerX and VLC) have their own "built in" workaround for the full-screen problems on multi-displays. -
Magic Mouse does not swipe between full screens.
Even tho prefrences is checked that one finger swipes between pages and two finger swipe between full screen apps, I am unable to do so. It only goes between say mail, dashboard and one chrome or say I photo. What could I be doing wrong?
I went to Mission Control and set up more desktops, Thanks Captfred. I'm getting the hang of it, but occ. it gets stuck, ie: I-Cal goes from page to page. Any suggestions? Thanks again Captfred.

IvanPlease do not double post the same question.
Just like I said before. Animate X scale and position. Set the anchor point of the left image to the left side. You can then use an expression or just generate keyframes for scale. When you flip to the next screen then animate position. Easy basic animation except for the bounce. Key framing the bounce so that it looks natural takes a lot of experience or an expression.

There are a bunch of other solutions.
There is no single click solution to this problem and it is not an effect, it is an animation. -
Blank screen in itunes store-please help im not very technical and when i click on my itunes app the screen is blank how can i fix this please?
See if any of the following fix it.
Try logging out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap 'Sign Out' on the popup and then log back in.
If that doesn't fix it then try closing the iTunes store app via the phone's multitasking bar and see if it works properly when you open the app : double-click the home button to open the taskbar and then swipe or drag iTunes from there up and off the top of the screen to close it, and the click the home button to close the taskbar.
A third thing to try is a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot. -
on my iphone 4, when i try to open an app, the icons start wiggling like i want to delete them. the touch screen does not always work. sometimes the phone reboots itself. any help out there?

Or put the data in three tab controls. The tabs itself are hidden. The
program switches between the tab sheet if one of the buttons is pressed.
The buttons are best not copied, e.g. the same buttons are used in every tab
sheet (buttons hover above the tab, a black shadow will apear). If the first
sheet is shown, button 2 and 3 are hidden, sheet two: only button 3 is
hidden, sheet three no button is hidden.
Showing the tabs allows the user to choose the views directlly. The button
logic is not needed anymore. But you'll have to live with a simple tab
sheet, instead of a fancy button system!

I have all my music on my ipad and icloud. I don't have itunes installed on a PC or MAC. I recently purchased Music Match, but all my non itunes music is on my ipad. When i turn on music match in the settings screen on my ipad i get a message that says all my music will be erased. How do I get music match to match what is there rather than erase it?

No, your Yahoo account is not in iCloud (which only handles iCloud mail), it is in Yahoo, and the Yahoo mail account is on your iPad.

Get the correct settings for your account from Yahoo and set it up manually.
By the way, I also find the "password" issue problematical. It seems Apple want my Apple password rather than my eMail password. All very confusing.

When trying to update my CC apps, the update fails. I get this error: Update Failed. There was an error installing this update. Please try again later or connect customer support. This is currently happening for InDesign, Photoshop and Bridge. I had this problem previous and was able to fix by doing a complete wipe of my computer and reinstalling CC. However, I should not have to wipe my computer clean everytime I need to do a CC update. HELP!
