Hi,
I have a credit balance linked to my apple id. But I cannot see this balance when I would like to purchase apps from my ipad mini. Any chance I could transfer this credit to my ipad? (same appleid)

I understand you are trying view your iTunes Store credit on the same Apple ID using your iPad mini. The following article can show you how to view this credit.
View your balance on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Tap the iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks.
Scroll to the bottom of the Featured tab.
Sign in with your Apple ID.
If you have a credit balance, you'll see it below your Apple ID.

i am travelling and have a gift card balance on my account. I buy a new gift card from where i am and i cannot change the country to the new place i am because there is still a balance on the old gift card. how can i use the old one and then put the new one on? the balance is an odd balance....?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Click on your account name in the top right corner of the iTunes store in the iTunes application on your computer, enter your password and click the "view account" button. Navigate to the Apple ID summary where you have the option to "change country or region".
In order to change your location, you will need a credit card registered to an address in the location you are trying to change to.
You cannot change your location if you have credit on your account, if you are unable to spend your credit and leave a balance of zero, contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support.

Just go to itunes manage my acoount tab and click on purchases it will show u two tabs on top select the gift card tab and u can see the remaining balance . Hope this would help u.....

I can no longer see my iTunes store credit balance

A couple weeks ago, I wanted to check my Apple ID credit balance but have been unable to successfully coerce the iTunes store to tell me what it is...
I used to be able to very easily get this information from iTunes on both Windows and my iPhone. I have looked everywhere I could think of on both and can't get the amount from anywhere I've tried. THis used to be very easy and convenient to check on both systems.
Pertinent version information:
iPhone 4S with iOS 6.0.1
Windows Vista Ultimate
iTunes for Windows v 10.7.0.21
Is there some setting that needs to be adjusted in my account information or is this information no longer displayed for some particular reason?

Since your other account will work, it's probably a problem on the iTunes Store end of things. Contact the iTunes Store customer service group through the form at the bottom of their web page and explain the problem to them. They should be able to help you sort out the problem with your account login.

My credit card is offering me a $5 statement credit if I spend at least $5 on iTunes. Problem is I have a large credit balance - how can I get iTunes to charge my credit card instead of using up my apple credit?

If you have a balance on your iTunes account then that will automatically be used for purchases before your credit card will be - you can't change how items are billed.
You could try gifting items to yourself, you can only gift via a credit card (I haven't tried it but I think that you should be able to gift items to yourself)

I have to display the total Debit and Credit balances of all the vendors in the given company code.
Can anyone tell me if there is any Function Module to do this or which tables i have to access.
I have tried in BSIK and BSAK but its not giving me correct data.

Interest calculation on overdue,credit balance & cash dicount

we need to calculate the over due interest, interest on credit balance & cash discount on the customer balance thru system. What are the configuration settings required& also for reporting purpose what we need to do.Please explain in details

To be able to post cash discounts, you must define an account determination for cash discount taken and cash discount granted.
For cash discount taken, choose:
Financial Accounting ® Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable ® Business transactions ® Outgoing payments ® Outgoing payments Global Settings ® Define accounts for cash discounts taken
For cash discount granted, choose:
Financial Accounting ® Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable ® Business transactions ® Incoming payments ® Payments Receipt Global Settings ® Define accounts for cash discounts granted
Please refer to the R/3 library and the IMG documentation for more details.
You may also want to use payment terms suitable for you business processes to trigger the automatic calculation of cash discount amounts

I need to Check/Validate Line item Amount BSEG -WRBTR (Screen 301, Prg. SAPMF05A ) in F-02 against Credit Balance of Customer in FBL5N.If amount entered in F-02 with posting key 01 and same company code is greater than total credit balance with customer ,then i need to pop up error message.
I have tried this with GGB0 using my own exit incl & including ZRGGBR000 in neccesay customization.Still not working.
Pls suggest a solutiion for this

To trigger user exit form pool (ZRGGBR000) you need to do setting in OB28 and activate it.

I added gift card to wrong Apple id, Can I let my child access the credit balance without having to keep it in my library?

My daughter received an Itunes giftcard for Christmas. I mistakenly added the card to my Apple id instead of hers and was told by Itunes support that they
can't transfer store credit balance from one account to another account. So I'm thinking that if she logs into my Apple id, where the credit is, from her iphone 4 that she can use her credit for songs for her phone. Will those songs go to her "music" file" or will she need to be logged into my ID to continue to use them on her phone and seconldly. I don't want those songs on my phone. (No offense, we just don't like the same stuff)
If my reasoning is incorrect, please let me know and if you can think of an easier way, please let me know.

I figured it out myself. Basically, I logged into my Apple ID in app store and my friends' game center id. I made purchases with their game accounts but with my credit.

HT1311 I want to change store back to UK but it won't let me. It keeps saying I have a store credit balance that I have to spend before changing stores. What do I do?

I am in the UK and I wanted to view an app but it said it was only available in US stores and it asked me if I wanted to change stores. So I stupidly chose yes so I could see the app. Terrible mistake. It was a rubbish app and I can't change my store back to the UK store, because of this, I cannot update my apps that aren't from the US store and it really frustrates me.
I've done what apple has said. Log out, sign in, change country/region to selected store but that didn't work. It said:
You have a store credit balance; you must spend your balance before you can change stores
What do I do?

Oh and I do not want to clear my balance, I have quite a lot left on there.

If you have already redeemed your iTunes Store gift card, then the balance should be able to be viewed on your iTunes Store account. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID on your Apple TV, the purchase on the Apple TV will be deducted from your credit balance.

Have you checked the account's purchase history to see if anything could have used up the balance : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ?
If there aren't any purchases then try logging out and back into the account (e.g. on your iPad tap on your id in Settings > Stores and then log back in) and see if a balance then shows on it. My account's balance shows at the top right of the store's page on my computer's iTunes, by clicking on my name towards the top right of the iTunes screen, and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. On my iPad devices it shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > Stores and it should show on the screen that you are taken to)

It's strange because I can change my AppleID country without this message.
So what to do? Just try to do this again, but on another device. You may also erase cookies and history of your browser.
