My credit card is full spend,so I can't buy in app purchase. If I buy gift card to top up my account.Can I buy in app purchase via money that I top up instead of my credit card?

Not true cause it did not let me use my balance. It goes to my credit card. I am frustrated that they don't let us choose and give some option. I am not going to update my credit card info until they let me use my $25 iTunes card. Don't rip us off Apple!

iCloud storage has nothing to do with using Find My Phone.
If your battery is dead, other than physically looking for your phone, there's no way to locate it.

You can do that without any problem. That's what some people do to purchase content from the iTunes Store, App Store or iBookstore

Credit cards do need to be from the same country as your account, which may or may not apple, but if you're visiting from another country and trying to use, for example, a UK card in the US app store, it won't work.
Could you have typo'd a number? Or could the card be expired?

You can't use iTunes gift cards to register into iTunes Match because it's a yearly suscription, so Apple needs the credit card to charge it in case you don't have enough money on gift cards

For the avoidance of doubt, you must have enough of a balance to pay for the rental in full, it won't take the balance and the difference by credit card. If you don't have enough of a balance it will all be taken by credit card.

Unfortunately, this is a problem that is driven by the DRM Dictatorship. Despite the proliferation of mobile devices and the fact that there are many of us who do a lot of international travel, content providers don't want you to have access to their products outside of your homeland. The Balkanized mentality of the DRM Dictatorship is way out of touch with the modern world.
At least Apple, to its credit, allows you to use your accounts outside of your homeland as long as you have the proper credentials for them. Most other services use the more Draconian geolocation filtering which does require you to be physically present in your homeland. For the most part, you are not allowed to leave home if you want access to your favorite entertainment!

You can also use prepaid iTunes cards, if those are available in your country. PayPal is also an option if you're in the US.

The money goes into you apple account, the account you sign intowtpith your apple ID
Sign in to the app store on your phone and buy the apps you want. You can also sign in from iTunes buy your apps then sync your phone using iTunes

It is simply asking you to verify your account info. Select None for the CC.
It will still pay with your gift card balance.
