How do I find the remaining balance in my iTunes account?

It would appear from the post that if there is a remaining balance then a vlaue will appear in the top header on the right side.
If this is true, what is missing in this GUI is something like a $0.00 value if there is no balance remaining.
All I see is a blank background with no content - which is not as useful.
Trying to confirm this myself as I am looking if I have a voucher balance.

Qauzzy, The credit was applied to the account you used at the time you redeemed the card. There is no way to transfer the credit to another account.
You might as well just spend the $25 on the new account, and then stop using it and go back to your regular account..
For future reference, do not start a new account just because you have a problem with the code. Rather, follow the suggestions in this document: iTunes Store: Invalid, inactive, or illegible codes

If you plug in the iPhone to your computer, any contacts ect that you synced with your computer with sync back with the iPhone when it is selected in the iTunes menu under info. Anything that was added without syncing was lost, I'm sorry. A good future solution is to get iOS 5 when it comes out this fall, so you don't need to manually sync contacts, its automatic!

That's not where you see a remaining balance. You'll see it in iTunes next to your account ID when you're logged into your iTunes Store account and are viewing the iTunes Store. On an iOS device you'll see the balance at the very bottom of the window in the iTunes Store or App Store apps, e.g.
Not all of the tabs in those apps show the balance. If you don't see a balance, then the iTunes Store doesn't think you have one for that account.
