I added a $25 gift card to my account and when I did, it deleted my previous amount of $6.08. It is kind of like a parking meter. Anyone else with this problem?

I'm not quite sure what you mean but I will guess. Until yesterday I allowed my apps to automatically make payments (you mean in app purchases right?). I disabled that feature after reading a few threads yesterday. The money is not missing though, I was sent an e-mail notifying me that I had purchased a game called KingdomConquest (for free) and that all my credit was used to buy kingdom conquest points. I would not have noticed the money was missing if not for that e-mail to be honest... I buy maybe 1 app a month. The thing that is missing however is my copy of KingdomConquest and the game points my credit was used to purchase... that doesn't show up in any of my downloaded stuff or on my ipod. Nor had I heard of this app before getting a bill for it. I think an app allowed access to my account because I only purchase things through my ipod and I had recently updated a few apps before I was hacked but had not purchased any new apps or added any new gift cards to my account.

Tried to download itunes update 11.1.4. At 99% IE said, "This program contained a virus and was deleted." Anyone else with this problem? What do I do?

You didn't owe iTunes anything, and didn't have any pre-orders or auto-renewing subscriptions due ? You've also tried logging out and back into your account on your iPad to see if the balance then updates ? My I phone battery dies very rapidly whenever phone is in use. It never did this before I am thinking the battery is bad. Does anyone else have or had this problem?

Have you been using Windows System Restore ? that can cause Firefox problems and sometimes problems similar to yours. (Bug702045)

What more info do you need? I just can't get Firefox 4 to let me change my search engine to Google and there's nowhere in the tools menu to help.

I downloaded the 64 bit version of itunes and plugged in my ipod touch but a sign pops up and says i need the right software for the ipod to connect which is 64 bit. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I just downloaded an album from itunes and 2 of the tracks will not play at all, they cut off. I need help with this??
Does the track play correctly in Quicktime Player? If it does then it is an iTunes issue. If it doesn't then it is possible the file was not completely downloaded, or is corrupt.
