I have an iPad (not the newest gen. but the one before) and since I upgraded to the latest IOS, I am unable to update my apps.
I used to have an apple ID that was linked to my AOL account. Then I started using a different Apple ID and before the update, all my apps updated properly and without problem. Since the update, when I try to update my apps (of which there are many) it asks me to enter the password for my Apple ID that is linked to my AOL account (ie.the old account) - which I can't remember. I have tried resetting my password. I tried resetting it by sending myself an email, but for some reaon the email never gets through to my AOL account. And everything in my iPad is set to the new Apple ID.
How do I get the apps to update??? I have read that perhaps I have to delete all the apps and reupload them? I sincerely hope that is not the only or correct answer. It would take me ages!

I did an updated yesterday to the new IOS 7.0.4 on my 4s. Now my facebook app is really small when I open it. I tried to re install it a few times I also checked for updates to the app. Can't figure it out.
Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss) -

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

If your computer's connection is slow then you can update your iOS from your phone.
Find a free, strong Wi-Fi network.
Go to Settings>General>Software Update>choose option "Download and Install"
Benefit: if you update phone through this method the actual download size will be only 30 to 50 MB only! and it works fine! if you try to download iOS from iTunes it will goes around 800MB. -

I cannot retrieve or reset anything for itunes to update appsIt appears that you have apps on the iPod that wer purchased with more than one iTunes account. If one from more than one iTunes account need updating, you need to update them one at a time (not update all) until all the remianing apps were purchased from one account. You may need to change the accont the iPId is signed into by go to Settings>Store and signing out and in.

No - I'm on 10.6.8 and it functions normally, though there are now very few actual updates. If there are no updates the progress bar should still complete in around 3 minutes and announce that there are no updates, so you've got something hanging somewhere. If it's still stuck hit command-option (alt)- escape, select Software Update and hit Force Quit. You could try it again (I should reboot first) in case it's a one-off glitch, but if it still sticks force quit it again.
The best suggestion I can offer is to apply the combo updater anyway in the hope that it may over-write whatever is causing the problem.

You can try resetting your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.

Update Failed: AIR for Apple iOS support
While Updating my Flash Builder 4.5 to 4.5.1, and 2 other updates, one being the AIR for Apple iOS support.
When I try installing the update for the iOS support, I get the message: Update is not applicable. Error Code: U44M1P28Trying to figure out another solution, I uninstalled Flash Builder 4.5 Premium, to install a new full version of 4.5.1 from Adobe's website.
While Installing, I get the following message which showed me exactly where my problem is... I have a prereleased version of AIR for Apple iOS Support.
The Question is... How do I uninstall the prerelease version of AIR for Apple iOS Support? I uninstalled FB4.5, and I removed the remaining folder after installation that was in Flash Builder 4.5 that was in Utilities. though, I still get the message above...
Any idea on how to Uninstall a Prerelease version of AIR for Apple iOS Support?! No where to be found online. -
