my computer says "your computer is not authorised" how can i fix this so i can listen and download my other song i all ready had.

Why does my computer say 'your computer restarted due to a problem' and continuously loop?

I am trying to upgrade from Lion to Mountain Lion on my iMac. It says that the installation is successful, but then shows 'Your computer restarted due to a problem' and continuously tries to restart.
I tried to set up Apple support with the 90-day complimentary support, but because the iMac itself is older it won't allow me to contact them.
Any help with fixing the problem or how to get in touch with Apple's support is appreciated.

How do I change which PCs are authorised to play my purchased music?

I have a 12-hour flight this weekend and to keep me sane I just spent about £50 on audio books - but they won't copy into my iPod because my new pc isn't authorised to play them. How do I change the authorisation to this pc? My old laptop is history. Somebody please help me - I can't do a 12-hour flight without these!

You can authorize up to 5 computers to play the purchased content, so if you have not hit 5 yet, just authorize the computer, and then sync the iPod. If you have reached your 5 already, you can deauthorize them all. More info is here.

Since my latest itunes update I get an error saying that I'm not authorised to play 160 tracks from my 2000+ library ( with a list of the tracks), any advice would be welcomed, thanks in advance.

I have exactly the same problem. I updated my ipod nano with new tunes this evening and got a message stating that I was not authorised to play them on this computer! They have all been purchased from Itunes and have now been removed from my nano but are still in my library. It removed 99 of my tunes from my nano!!

ah this is a simple fix. open itunes go to store on the top menu bar and click store. scroll down and click
"Authorize this computer" fill in the info requested and there u have it.

Authorize the coumputer. Go to store in the top of the screen and authorize it.

The iphone is not a backup device.
You need to copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer to your new one.

After installing Mavericks on my 2008 Mac Pro (10GBRAM, several HDs, 2 x 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon) Software updater says there is an update available. iMovie Apple Version 10.0 Released Oct 22, 2013.
So I click the UPDATE button
Software Updater puts up a dialog that says "Your computer’s video card does not meet the minimum system requirements".
I have ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT 256 MB. What card SHOULD I have?

Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro 256 MB .
This is what you do.
1. open app store.
2.go to the update tab.
Yuo will see the imovie icon waiting to install.
3.clic the sub menu tab and select "try apdate in an hour" option from the sub menu.
4.leave the app store window open and came back in an 1hr .
Like magic you will see the imovie app being upgrade it in the lunch pad .
enjoy it.

Typically this indicates a device that has been hacked to be unlocked or jailbroken.
If that is the case, no support can be provided here.

In setup wizard it says "Your computer must be restarted to complete a previous uninstall. Do you want to reboot now?" after uninstalling old version and trying to install new. I CAN NOT run ANY version now......HELP

I had an old version of Firefox and uninstalled it. Then I installed the 5.0 version. BUT, in the setup wizard it says "Your computer must be restarted to complete a previous uninstall of Firefox. Do you want to reboot now?" I choose "YES" and the computer reboots, but when I run the setup wizard again, it says the same thing. HT1420 'computer not authorised to play this song' however when I put in the new ID & password - it says it is authorised - I can get no further.

CD was raised in 2008 on a different computer, tried to reload it tonight - all I get is 'this computer is not authorised to play this song'. It gives you the option to change the out of date ID name and password to my new one - fine, it comes up 'this computer is already authorised to play this song' - then when I try to play the song again it goes back to the 1st message. A circle with no way out!!!
