HT5085 Hi my ipad 2 works well with ios7 but just when i updated it to ios 8 after downloading the software it freezes with a message on the screen an itune icon with the sign of the charger pointing an arrow upwards towads the itunes can you help
I am trying to update to ios 8 but after downloading a message is come up on the screen when trying to reboot. here is the message. an itune icon with itunes written under the icon then a charger sighn pointing an arrow towards the itune icon it will not reboot
That image means that it's gone into recovery mode - you will need to connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes (you will need the current version of iTunes installed on your computer)and you should be able to use that to reset your iPad back to factory defaults, you can then restore/resync your content to it.

fingers crossed, it appears they are working the bugs out of this update....i was able to post a pic to my newsfeeds/time line this morning....first the picture went into the ios album but within a minute, it appeared on my timeline! im glad ...

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work -
The icon wont enable and when I go to open it via "open file" some technical sentences come up that make no sense to me. I don't know what is wrong. Never had this problem before. Can you help?

Sounds like your phone is carrier locked, presumably to a service provider in France. There is no way to use it with another carrier unless you can contact the original carrier and get them to unlock it. Only the carrier it is locked to can authorize an unlock - some will unlock some won't.
As far as using it jailbroken, you will not get support for that here. -
Hi, when typing an email the font on the first line is different then the second, can you help fix this
I can offer suggestions, but I can not fix it.
Press enter three or four times before you start typing and then move the cursor back to the start. What happens is your point of insertion gets outside your predefined font range, it is a know bug and that will help you "stay in the lines" Another option is type Rick, go back to the start and then type your message. Anything which keeps the insertion point from the very end of the email really. -
I have rented a movie on iTunes and it says I'm running out of time to watch but it is not downloading the movie can someone help
It does take some time for a movie to download, could it still be downloading ? Also the rental tab is only there when you have rented a movie. If all else fails talk to iTunes support, they have helped me in the past.

Set it to the country of the Store you want to order from.
The country in this setting needs to be the same as the country of your billing address and shipping address. And the AppleiD and Credit card have to be valid in that country. -
