Audiobooks are a one-time only download from the store. If it's no longer on your phone then do you have a copy of it in the Books part of your computer's iTunes library and/or on your backup of your downloads/library so that you can sync it back ? If not, and if it's still in your country's store and you haven't changed countries since buying it, then you can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a redownload : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/

I downloaded an audio book to my window's computer from I-Tunes; cannot get it into my I-Phone from sync. How do i do this or is it there and I cannot find it?
How have you tried to sync it ? With the phone connected and selected on the left-hand side of your computer's iTunes, you should be able to use the Books tab on the right-hand side of iTunes to select and sync the audiobook to the phone's Music app - if there are audiobooks on your phone then you should get an Audiobooks option in the Music app.

HT4718 Ilife not in 'purchased' apps after recovery. How can I get it without buying it?
I recently formatted my mac and recovered it using the provided disk. I went to use Iphoto (which I had previously - I think the store installed it for me?) and it wasn't there so I read the discussions and this post and checked the app store, but the Ilife package is not in my app store as 'purchased'. What can I do?
Please note I have 10.6.9 (snow leopard) so perhaps I just need to suck it up and buy the whole upgrade?Your machine shipped with an iLife DVD and you can use it to install the apps and software update on them.
Apple no longer sells anything on DVD's and sells the apps individiually via the App Store (Applications folder).
If you've purchased a more recent versions (like iLife '11) of the suite it also shipped on a DVD and you can use it.
If you purchased using the App Store you need only sign in with your Apple ID used in the original purchase to download any purchases again. -
When I was living in the UAE I purchased an iphone 5. It does not have FaceTime because of 'cultural' reasons. Now that I have moved back to the States where we don't have the same 'cultural' issues, I'd like to put Facebook on. How do I go about it? Will apple exchange the phone? Can my phone's serial number be taken off the no Facebook listing?
There is no way to get Facetime on that phone. No, Apple will not exchange it. You'll need to purchase a new phone in order to have FaceTime. Third pary apps such as Skype should work, though.

I moved an iMovie from a MacPro to an iMac. In the iMovie share option Media browser is greyed out (It was previously shared to the Media b
rowser on the MacPro). The video is not listed in the iDVD media list. How do I get it listed in iDVD or find a way to re-export it?Did you transfer a Quicktime movie files from the Mac Pro to your iMac? If so make sure the video plays correctly in Quicktime Player. If it does you can put it in your Movies folder and from there drag it into the open iDVD window being careful to avoid any drop zones. It doesn't have to come from iMovie. You can just drag and drop into iDVD.

Unfortunately you cannot change an iCloud mail address once you have created it. You can however use an iCloud alias which you can set up at iCloud.com.
To create an alias.....
Navigate to the Mail feature at iCloud.com and click on the gear icon in the bottom left corner. Choose Preferences from the drop down menu, then select accounts from the options across the top, here you can create your alias. -
I had purchased an audio book from itunes on my iPad and when I synced my iPad with my computer, my audiobook disappeared. I have already purchased this audiobook, so now I just need to know how to get it back because it is not on iPad anymore. I don't think the audiobook was backed up to icloud but I have the receipt to prove I purchased it. Is there anyway I can get it back?

You can. Why do you think you cannot?
If you purchased it on your ipad, then you would have to transfer it to your computer. File>Devices>Transfer Purchases.
You can then listen to it on your computer. -
Hi, I rented a movie off iTunes but the there is no sound. I've bought and rented previous movies and I've never had any problems with the sound before. Is this some kind of glitch? How can I get my money back?

I signed into my Apple ID on a new phone and I already had it on my iPod. When I signed into the new phone it won't let me buy anything unless I know my old security questions but I don't know the answers to them. How can I get past those or change them?
