HT5085 I have moved from the US to Hong Kong and can't change my address or location in Itunes.
I have bought a new Iphone in Hong Kong and want to update my country and billing details. I am told I have alive ITunes match account and I need to cancel it but apart from cancelling the automatic renewal there is no obvious way of doing this. I am stick having tried as many of the usual searches of the support site as possible so any help appreciated.

Click on your account name in the top right corner of the iTunes store in the iTunes application on your computer, enter your password and click the "view account" button. Navigate to the Apple ID summary where you have the option to "change country or region".
In order to change your location, you will need a credit card registered to an address in the location you are trying to change to.
You cannot change your location if you have credit on your account, if you are unable to spend your credit and leave a balance of zero, contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support.

Do you have a new Apple ID to use in NZ? If not open iTunes Store. Log out of your old Apple ID, then try to login. Select Create Apple ID from the dialog that appears. Make a new Apple ID for NZ with a NZ email address. Once that is approved and verified, log into the iTunes Store with the new Apple ID. This should fix all other issues.
Change iTunes Store Country on an iDevice

2. Tap iTunes & App Stores;
3. Tap View Apple ID;
4. Enter your user name and password;
5. Tap Country/Region;
6. Tap Change Country/Region;
7. Select the region where you will be located;
8. Tap Done.

I have moved from the US to Norway, and want to change my apple ID to the Norwegian appstore. However, I am not allowed ot change from the US store before I use up my balance, which is 0.17 dollar. The problem is that nothing costs 0.17 dollar and I do no longer have an american visa card, only Norwegian. Is there any way I can erase the credit on my account so I can change the appstore country? Or osmething I can use this credit on? Thank you very much
Try contacting the store support staff at: http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html they are usually pretty good at sorting out these issues.

I have moved from the UK to Canada and would like to pay for subscriptions in Canadian dollars rather than sterling pounds. Also I would like to take up Creative Cloud subscription offer because I qualified as a prior purchaser of CS packages.
How do I go about this?I did that - nothing happen... I have changed my adobe ID and all address to my Canada home.
Having log myself out and re-log back in to start the Creative Cloud subscription. The payment still shows in Sterling Pounds.
This is difficult as I am no longer earning Sterling pounds as a wage and the subscription would automatically be doubled payment, because Canadian $ is less in currency exchange to the UK Sterling Pound.
Thanks for your above suggestions, but what should I do now, to resolved this issue.

I have moved from the UK to the USA and have a new phone, I try to change my country location on the store and get an error message saying I have to cancel my itunes match and also that I have a pass incomplete, any ideas how to fix and change the store. It is becoming a problem with getting some USA aps and content

TomiTunes match is a subscription that you have in when you were still in the UK. According to the terms & conditions you'll need to wait for the susbcription to end before you can change your country to iTunes Store USA.

Icons in the addon bar have moved from the right hand corner to the left
Hi everybody,
I've recently updated to the most current Firefox 4b10. I'm currently using the addon bar on the bottom that holds several addon-related icons (like firebug etc.). Those do still work, but for some reason they have moved from the right-hand corner of the addon-bar (where they have always been) to the left side for no apparent reason.
I know it's kind of a little issue, but it is really disturbing since I keep looking in the wrong corner after having the icons there for so many years. Is there any way I can revert that?

I am setting up a lab of imacs in a school. Our network is windows based using active directoy. I have successfully bound the imacs to our network and can log in using the windows account. However, I cannot access my files. Is there another step?
If the modem is also a router, either use the modem in bridge and run pppoe client on the TC.. that is assuming ADSL or similar eg vdsl. If it is cable service.. and the modem is a router, then bridge the TC.. go to internet page and select connect by ethernet and below that set connection sharing to bridge.
Please tell us more about the modem if the above gives you issues. -

Is there any way to see packages that have been moved from the AUR to the official repositories in some sort of list? Ive looked through http://www.archlinux.org/packages/ and https://aur.archlinux.org/ with no luck.

You can do an -Sl on all repos that interest you and output to a file. Then diff with a previous version of the file to see changes.
Also i recently opened a feature request about having a commits mailing list for all repositories:
https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/31562 which would make it easier to track all changes in the repos.

I have an iPod touch 4 generation. I have a problem that my PC is broken and I later forgot my password. How can I restore the system without a PC. Because I have receipts from the rest because I POD andYou need a computer with iTunes installed to regain use of your iPod. Unless you have the iPod backup file from the syncing computer all you can do is to restore the iPod to factoery defaults/new iPod. You will also need to place the iPod in recovery mode is you restore the iPod on other than on its syncing computer. For reoverymode see:

This seems to have been asked a lot around the net, however, there doesn't seem to be an adequate answer to it.
I am running:
Operating system is Windows 7Motherboard is Q67H2-AM v1.1
Bios is ACER ver. 2.10.1207
GPU is GTX 770
PSU is 700w
The Graphics card is plugged in to the 16x slot, the fans spin, but no display and no device is recognized in device manager.
I have tried a few solutions including uninstalling my onboard graphics driver from the device manager and going to upgrade my 600w power supply to a 700w one.
I think the issue is that I need to change the BIOS to PEG or PCI Express. However, in the Bios the settings for both "Primary Video" and "Onboard Graphics" are grayed out, meaning that I can't change them. -
Since late September my emails stopped arriving on my iPhone. Access to the internet via Safari now only ends in a message "Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding" I don't recall changing any settings and have checked the settings many times to try to figure out whats happening but without success. Ideas anyone?
ThanksThis may be caused by a corrupt existing backup that needs to be deleted, or by data on your device that is preventing the backup from succeeding. To troubleshoot these, try deleting your last iCloud backup (if you have one) by turning off iCloud Backup in Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup, then tap Manage Storage, swipe across your backup and tap Delete, then go back and turn iCloud Backup back on and try backing up again.
If it still won't back up, you may have an app that is preventing the backup from succeeding. To locate which one, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, tap the name of your device under Backups, under Backup Options tap Show All Apps, then turn them all to Off (including camera roll) and try backing up again. If it succeeds, then the camera roll and/or one of your apps is preventing the backup and you'll have to located by process of elimination. Turn the camera roll On and try backing up again. If it succeeds, turn some of your apps to On and try backing up again. If it succeeds again, turn some more apps to On then try again; repeat this process until it fails. Eventually you'll be able to locate the problem app and exclude it from your backup. -
The apple ID on my phone is differnt from the one on ICloud. I have gotten married and changed my ID for Apple. My ICloud ID is correct in my PC but my phone is incorrect. I don't remember the password for the ID for ICloud. How do I change the ID???
