I DELETED all albums from my Macbook Pro and when I open my i-photo library this download pops up and I cannot get rid of it. I have to quit i-photo and start again.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Any help would be appreciated.

I already have The Soft Bulletin, which I downloaded from the itunes store a few years ago on a different computer. Anyway, I was rearranging the tracklisting for my own preference, when I was shown an option to 'complete my album'. I clicked it because I was curious what this meant given I already had all the songs from the album, and it did something weird and now I have this phantom album in my library. This isn't a real album, and when I try and check it out in the itunes store it says it rightly says that it doesn't exist. It only presents the 1:30 samples of each song, and as you can see from the pop up menu there isn't any option here to delete the songs or the album. I can't drag it into the recycling bin and pressing the delete key doesn't do anything. I can't seem to find anything else like this on the web. Thankfully these fake songs don't sync to my ipod, but I can't seem to get rid of them. Can anyone help?

I've searched my itunes folder in my documents and they don't show up there, so I can't delete them that way. They don't turn up when I search for them from my start menu either.

OK, let's start over....
Hook your iPhone up to the computer and select the device when it appears in iTunes. Go to the Photo tab, and deselect the album then re-sync.
You also can delete each picture in the Album one by one by going into the Photos icon on your iPhone, Select the Albums option, select the Album, and then when the pictures display, select Edit. Then you have to tap on each picture to delete it. Time consuming....easier to sync it with the computer, but a way to get rid of them temporarily. You still have to change your i-device photo profile in iTunes or it will download again in the next sync.

If you mean you don't want to see the stocks at all in notification center go to Settings>Stock Widget and turn Notification Center to Off. If you mean you want to remove some of the individual stocks shown, open the Stocks app, tap the "i " on the bottom right, tap next to the stocks you want to remove, then tap Done.

Can't get rid of photo album from computer

My phone has a photo stream album from computer that I cannot get rid of. I have removed the folder containing the photos from my computer. Removed all backups in itunes. The box in the itunes sync for photos has never been checked. I have syncd several times and cannot get rid of the album from the iphone. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Did you read Old Toad's post properly? If not then go back and read what he actually wrote, which was - "Once you republish the site as Ethmoid mentioned". Spot your mistake?
Just re-publish your site as you normally would and then clear your browser cache.

Sorry but this is only iPhoto support. There is no "all over the computer" forum
To stop the messages in iPhoto open the iPhoto preferences and remove all references to MM. Do the same in the system preferences

How do I get rid of these ads from my computer

I recently installed a few things on my macbook pro (which I'm now realizing was stupid) and now on safari certain words on different website turn up green and double underlined. When you scroll over it, and ad pops up like this:

How do I get rid of it? I already emptied my cache and cookies and checked for any unwanted extensions. I set my safari security setting to block pop-up ads, and I installed ad block. They're still there!
Also, I tried finding the source and I can't seem to figure out what's causing it. I'm 95% sure I deleted everything I installed earlier, but that didn't solve anything.

You installed the "DownLite" trojan, perhaps under a different name. Remove it as follows.
Malware is constantly changing to get around the defenses against it. The instructions in this comment are valid as of now, as far as I know. They won't necessarily be valid in the future. You may be wondering why you didn't get a warning from Gatekeeper about installing software from an unknown developer, as you should have. The reason is that the DownLite developer has a codesigning certificate issued by Apple, which causes Gatekeeper to give the installer a pass. Apple could revoke the certificate, but as of this writing, has not done so, even though it's aware of the problem. This failure of oversight is inexcusable and has compromised the value of Gatekeeper and the Developer ID program. You can't rely on Gatekeeper alone to protect you from harmful software.
*If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Go to Folder...
from the menu bar and paste into the box that opens by pressing command-V. You won't see what you pasted because a line break is included. Press return.
