Exactly! The password I used to log on here and write my post I figured was the same Apple ID password I would use to reset my computer login password. But my computer isn't recognizing it as the correct password so it wont let me update my login password. I have 2 user accounts on my computer.
As far as the link you provided, I already looked to that for help earlier. It states:

I did these steps, but I don't remember my admin password. The question is: How do I reset my admin password so I can reset my log in password.

Yes, you can do that. Settings>icloud, scroll to bottom of page and tap Delete (if it's currently logged into some other account). Then sign in using you ID. Somehow, what you were doing before ended up trying to create a new account/ID. That you can't do more than five times.

If you're the device's original owner, you can also take it and its original receipt to a physical Apple Store.

I bought an iPhone 5S in the USA, however he warmed up and took off the screen, I live in Brazil and they do not give assistance to my device, but I can not go back to the U.S. just to change the iphone, what should I do to solve my problem ?
I live in China as well and my iPhone5s is the model A1530 I bougth outside China. I have the same problem as Nikatnight with the iPhone while the iPad Air (wifi only) is working like a charm. It must be definitely something related to the carrier since I was abroad few days ago and everything worked well.
If you pay attention at the source of your maps, you'll discover they are provided by AutoNavi instead of TomTom and make them appear in chinese with their own border interpretation. Queries are only acceppted in Chinese (p.e. if I type in english "Los Angeles International Airport" it replies it cannot locate it)
I suppose everything will be fine when you'll be out of censorship....
Perhaps iOS Apple Maps are absolutely useless for expatriate in China.

My iphone got stolen yesterday night, I activated lost mode but the phone was off and couldnt be tracked, today i just got an email about the last place the phone was found yesterday night, its off again, i went there but they said that nobody has found an iphone, police does not do anything also, what should i do?My iPhone was stolen. That iTunes detects the said phone is in dfu mode and does a system restore.
