How to fix the Bluetooth problems with the Treo
It’s pretty obvious by now that Palm had not intentions of addressing the Bluetooth problems with the Treo smart phones. As for me, I need to reset my Treo 700wx several times a day to keep the bluetooth connection working. At my house it simply does not work because I live in a rural area where my cell signal drops out continuously, only for a moment but that’s all it takes for the Treo loose the Bluetooth connection.
I’ve searched here on this board for a solution only to find out that I’m not the only one with this problem. I’ve searched the Internet and could not believe the endless complaints about this problem, not a single fix was to be found. I will be going to every single site I can find on the Internet where I can leave a review of this product and I would encourage others with the same problem to do the same.

Post relates to: Treo 700wx (Verizon)The "Mobile Device" you see only shows what is on your Treo when ActiveSync is running and connected. When it's not connected, there is "nothing". This is good when you want to copy a file you have saved in RAM (main memory). Connect your Treo and have Activesync run (successfully, of course). Then, you will see all the accessible files on your Treo.
Please read the previous reply (I have added and edited it to respond to some of your questions). Also, since I have the Card Export 3.14 for the WM5 and 6 running and it works on my Treo 750, I believe it should also work for you. I have WM 6. Earlier versions of Card Export actually "broke" Activesync for me. It wasn't until very recently that I wanted to try it again, in hopes that they have fixed the bugs. Apparently they have and I now use it to "fix" Activesync when it doesn't want to connect.
So, the latest version is 3.14 and it supports WM 5 and 6 (although they incorrectly named it Windows Mobile 2005/2006).

Does anybody know when new batches of the iphone 6 and 6 plus ,without the bending problem (bendgate), will be released ? I wanted to buy the iphone 6 but id rather wait till they fix the bending problem.

Maybe it is time I go back to Android. Logically they have better phones when you don't think about if its Apple or Android. Well I am sure I will get hate messages and grammer corrections and really intelligent comebacks but I don't care honestly.

What are you doing to fix the printing problem in Win 10 Technical Preview?
I am beta testing the new Microsoft Windows 10 Technical Preview. I and many others are experiencing a problem with Firefox in this operating system. Web pages will not print from Firefox. When you send a page to the printer, it comes out blank, even though it displays properly in the the preview window. This problem exists on both 32 and 64 bit systems and only with Windows 10.

I hope you can help with this problem.There is a bug on file for this but it's still in the early stages of investigation, as you can see:

I think someone with knowledge of Windows printing will need to step up and examine what has changed on the Windows print API side, or it could be a while before this gets addressed.
As long as you are experimenting, do you want to try:
(1) The Print pages to PDF extension: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/print-pages-to-pdf/ - this does not use Firefox's print code, but extracts the page to an embedded Webkit-based renderer.
(2) Waterfox: https://www.waterfoxproject.org/ - this unofficial third party build of the Firefox code is recompiled for 64-bit Windows. If this works correctly with your printers, it might be a useful data point. -
Apple: Please fix the "Other" problem with memory space
It took me 5 tries last night to get TomTom Installed cleanly on the iPhone. Each of the 4 times I tried - I kept getting gigabytes of memory in the "Other" category. The only way to get rid of the "other" memory is to restore the iphone - a 20 minute process in itself.
While syncing mostly anything to an iphone or ipod - if you make a change in the middle of a longer sync (for a large file) and push the sync button again - the sync starts over and the large file that it was working on becomes orphaned and part of the "Other" memory. Cancelling Syncs also result in this large portion of "Other" memory being taken up by whatever the sync was working on at the time of the cancellation.Ted C wrote:

Leaving aside obvious directions that could be taken...it may be that 'idiot proof' is not the goal here. Say you have a problem like this, and don't know the solution. Maybe you come here, so some devious helper like me can pad his post counts by answering your question (regardless of the fact that the number of posts means absolutely nothing, and I volunteer my time here in any case). But, maybe you go to the Genius Bar for some 'free' help. See that shiny new iPhone 3GS? That slick looking new MacBook Pro? Maybe you suddenly remember you were thinking of a new car charging cable or BT headset for your phone. Bam. A sale is made. All because the valued customer needed help with an idiot-vulnerable product. Just food for thought. <sarcasm>And one more post to add to my post count. Whoopee. Seriously, though, Apple generally does a good job of making user-friendly products. The iPod will be discussed in marketing classes for the next several decades as the poster child for that approach to product development. -
Why hasn't apple fixed the hang problem with Mail
I just spent two days trying to make sure the computer wasn't failing only to find out the problem is with the Mail program... Apple. This has been a continuing problem. Where are you !!!!!!!!?

my iphone 5 keeps crashing all the time and has a delay of about 3 seconds when doing anything on it i did a factory restore on it but it didnt fix the problem i went to optus to see if they could help me as my phone is through them but they knew nothing i need help please my phone is only 8 months old
Plug the device into a wall outlet and leave it for about 20 minutes. If it has not powered on at that point try a reset by pressing and holding the home and power buttons for about 15 seconds until the white Apple logo appears.

I have 4s. After I updated ios7.0.3 my wifi is geyed out. I expected after ios7.0.4 update wifi will work again, but does not. It annoying, because I have to use my data... Does anyone know when it will be fixed or does anyone have the same problem?
I have the same problem. After the upgrade, my wifi is greyed out, and the battery won't hold a charge long. I reset all the settings, tried all the things suggested by Apple, but it didn't work. I took the phone to Verizon, but they said they can't fix it, go to Apple
I made an appointment at the Genius bar, where the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. A representative told me that the wi-fi is broken and I would need to buy a new phone for $200, because mine is out of warranty. I'm due for an upgrade in a few months, so I'm not going to pay $200 for another 4S now. I'm also not going to buy any more Apple products. Their upgrade caused this problem, and they are not standing behind their producet. -
PE 13 crashes due to incompatible video driver detected. Running on Win 7 SP1 with ATI 540v video card/driver. Deleting bad driver file in adobe program data does not fix the problem, it simply replaces the text file and crashes again. My video driver is just fine. Any help out there?

Your video card driver may be fine for something, but just not compatible with Premiere Elements 13/13.1.
For those with the display card error, the answers include
a. assure your video card/graphics card driver version is up to date according to the web site of the manufacturer of the card -
if necessary consider a driver roll back.
b. determine in Device Manager/Display Adapters if the computer is using 2 cards instead of 1
c. delete the BadDrivers.txt file
the rationale for that deletion is found in post 10 of the following older post...principle applies to 13 as well as 9.

When is the program crashing - just opening a new project or rather crashing if editing a particular video format at the Timeline level?

When I connect my iPhone to my PC it is not recognised and iTunes does not open. When I connect my iPod to the same PC everything works perfectly. I conclude that the problem is not on the PC or with iTunes. Switching off and rebooting the iPhone and the PC does not fix the problem. Any suggestions??

I have upgrade my phone to iOS7 and my company recently upgraded to Exchange 2010. My emails are not synching to my inbox. I can only see my Sent items. I have already deleted the account 3 times but this did not fix the inbox problem.
You need to have a different Apple ID for each of the other devices.

I cannot download and use Itunes successfully. Message MSVCR80.dll is missing. Reinstalling does not fix the problem. I also get a error 7, Windows error 126.
